what about colouring the main text into a light yellow or light blue tone?

it would be better to read on the grey background

What exactly are you having trouble reading... Because, I can read the text perfectly on my computer and I think a majority of everyone else can to.

So, I can't fix the problem if I don't know what you're having a hard time reading. lol.

well, i´m not really having trouble, it´s maybe more a thing of "favourite colours"

I´m always a friend of "piercing colours" used for texts, you know?

as I said it´s maybe more a thing of personal preference.

But I like the new design though and I´m on the way to get used to it.

It was just a suggestion to see what difference it might do and if this difference would be better or worse.

I don't know about anyone else, but I find this hard to read because there's not enough contrast. I have a lot of problems with my vision, and it's a bit of a strain to read gray letters on a black background. White on black is easier, but it's not something I can read for long periods of time. But that's just me. I can probably change the colors on my browser settings.

I think that's what fosforito might have meant, too, that there's not enough contrast, i.e. the colors are too similar. Same thing with trying to read dark blue lettering on a black background, it's really a strain to try to make it out.

Didn't get a chance to compliment you on your layout change, and now it's gone back. It was a very nice design, and really set this forum apart from other boards. Anyway, just wanted to compliment you on your work here.
