i try to learn something new everyday and i learn a lot from other people. please tell something interesting so i can get smarter.
did you know that hurricaines are named by the national weather organization, and they use the same names over and over, in a six-year cycle. if a storm is really bad, they retire the name.
did you know that Las Vegas means "the meadows"?
did you know that men are attracted to orange/red lipstick, whereas women are attracted to blue/reds?
comet is the best when it comes to cleaning a tub. this is an opinion of mine, but i like household hints, too.
women's bones are stronger than men's bones.
ants hate crushed red pepper.

Hahaha I did try to lick my elbow. Anyway on another forum I'm at, this guy's friend did it. Should I post a pic? It's kinda big, I don't want to take up a lot of space.

i learned today that white vinegar and coconut oil solution will keep spiders away forever. just put it in a spray bottle and spray the corners in your house.
a cotton ball soaked in peppermint oil (not extract) will keep mice and squirrels away. extract will just get them loopy.
