I tried so much over the last years to get some gigs in Australia with my band (there are so many cool festivals..) but at the moment it doesn´t work out because of the airfares... ha, but some day...some day it´ll happen...yeah!! ;D Melbourne is in Australia

LOL Roxylisa - how about Techno Runt / Indie Pig? ( couldn't be disco any more - ew!) Random discovery - I went to a play of The Picture of Dorian Gray recently, and Jay Bowen (Pig in the production discussed up this thread a ways) was in it, playing Dorian! Brilliantly too. He's an amazing actor, hope he makes it big. Cheers ~Ultra

oh, wow, besides that this was in australia and last year... i really want to see it!!! ohhh, thats awesome... my favorite kind of plays are the ones with minimal props and just completely high energy (i just saw this play called "the stones" that was like that, although the disco pigs script is soo much better, and the actors are better...) but thats awesome... i havent read a review of it that said it wasnt fabulous...
i think pig in the play is easier to feel compassion for than movie pig in a way... im not sure why right now... i think the character just realizes earlier that he doesnt fit with her... im not sure... havent read it in a while...
