So I know none of the original cast from 28 Days Later is going to be in it (no Cillian, Naomie, or Brendan, le sob) but according to this www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0oSdqQuzdU&mode=related&search= it still looks pretty good. I would definitely pay the six bucks to see it on May eleventh. Anyone else?

I might go see it. Depends on if I have the time.
... And it'd be sort of hard for Brendan to be in it again, seeing as his character died :3

....of course, silly, I know that. Cillian kind of died, too, in the theatrical ending, so.....I'm not totally losing my mind!! lol

I wish I had more love for this film...
But alas...
I don't.
;(
Wait...he didn't die!
He was alive and they were rescued!
See, this is why I am having such a hard time supporting 28 Weeks Later...

Aw, that's okay thephantomlady.
He didn't die on the DVD version. In the theatrical version, he died. Sadly. They have the alternate ending on the special features.

omg... I hate horror movies, i do not enjoy being afaid... my only reason for sesing 28 days later is that Cillian was in it *feels ashamed* but the continuation of the story.. i admit it looks promising (i probably won't see it because i don't want nightmares but, you never know)

I have mixed feelings about the movie. I'll probably see it eventually because I do enjoy zombie movies, and there is some hope for it since the producers of 28 Days Later worked on 28 Weeks Later as well, but I dunno... 28 Days Later was so brilliant, for the way it was filmed and all the sociological undertones throughout, and 28 Weeks Later looks like Just-Another-Zombie-movie and overall nothing special. If I hear good things about it then maybe I'll drag my friends to see it, but until then...eh, it'll be a rental.

I don't honestly have too high hopes for it, as it's been extremely advertised over here, but eh...I don't know. It could be good. I'm also kind of nervous because a lot of fans of the first haven't been all that keen on it, saying it's 'American-ized' and stuff. Which I guess it kind of is.

The trailer looks so gnarly. I will see it when it comes out on DVD.

It was advertised on myspace. I've sort of got this mindset that anything advertised on myspace is going to be some sort of bland crap. Hopefully it'll prove me wrong.

No.
No.
No.
My mind is made up.
after watching the trailer before watching Vacancy, which was HORRIBLE
My God...
I HATED THAT FILM...
I will not go and see 28 Weeks Later.
It looks stupid, and once again...
I am glad that Cillian Murphy has the balls to say he wouldn't make a cameo in that disasterous piece of garbage.
CILLIAN MURPHY FTW!!!

I do not like bloody films, but 28 weeks later I am going to see. Eventually, if it is very terribly you can close eyes in any moment
