I must admit I didn't know the books before of seeing/hearing about the film. they are good, I am reading book # 3 now, though the best are 1 and 2 so far.

the film was just bloody brilliant! ;D I have to say I liked it even more than last HP film, but then GOF is not my fave HP book/film, so I can be biased...

tilda swinton also did an excellent job! I think she's the looks and the talent to play a great white witch!
