He was on Craig Ferguson before, and its absolutely hilarious and brilliant, its great seeing two Scots together taking the piss. Here is a you tube video of James on the show back in January, sooo funny! The Scottish Vacuum of Charm!Haha, I just watched this right now (don't know why I didn't before when you posted it). It was sooo hilarious! James is quite a natural joker/comedian. He's adorable. "The Scottish vacuum of charm" -- heheh, so hilarious! I also loved the part where Craig asked him how he asked his wife out. So funny!  Anyway, I think James would be quite brilliant in a comedy! |

 Bookworm, I actually have wondered if James and his lovely lady would have kids. I think they would be probably the most gorgeous children ever and seeing James interact with children (in various interviews when he did Narnia) he seems like he would be an awesome dad!! Its just that Anne Marie is about 9 years older than him, in her late 30s, so I don't know if she really wants or is capable of having kids! It would be a shame if they didnt, I think they would make such great parents! Plus, we need more of James' blood running around and causing trouble!  I know, that is kind of what I thought. But: If they did have kids, it would totaly make the world a better place. And those kids would be (as Shakespeare said) "destined for greatness" (not an exact quote, but you get the picture) ...any new pics?

i would not mind having James' babies, um that would be awesome the after having the kids, the making the kids, so on and so forth, all would be great!!! and we'd have to have about 1,000,000 kids ;D |

Ahh McAvoy! I wish he'd come back from his break already and start making some movies again. He should have been Cillian's co-star in White Male Heart. He IS a Scotsman after all, so he's got the accent down. Plus Cillian + James = Everyone Explodes in Joy

James McAvoy is my favorite actor. He is just so amazing personally and professionally (there is no better sex scene in a film then in Atonement. And all done without nudity...go figure ). With that said, I just wanted to say how refreshing it is to read the positive comments about his wife. Mind you I've not read the entire thread, so there could be some bashing, but what I read was positive. I really hate to hear people bag on another spouse out of jealousy. From what I understand she pulled James out of a rotting hole he called his life and she help make him what he is today. I think they are very lucky to have each other. |

brightmidnight, welcome welcome. James McAvoy is my absolute favorite too, if you can't tell by the fact that I've done most of the posting in this thread haha. I am glad you have found the thread positive though. I absolutely love his wife Anne Marie, she is one of my favorite actresses so it just works out so perfectly that her and James are together. I love them both separately and love them even more together. There is no reason to hate on actor's significant others, especially if they make your favorite actor happy! We definitely love Anne Marie here!! Looooove the pictures discoharvest!!! I haven't been posting for a while because I have just been lazy but I'll dig up some yummy James pictures in the near future. I cannot wait, Wanted comes out on Dec 3rd on DVD. I'll be hoping for that and Atonement for Christmas, then I can have a great ole' time bringing in the new year!  Theres the two I love! Aw Anne Marie is so pretty. I'm wondering about James' hair. These are recent photos, I believe, from the Variety awards. I am surprised that James' hair is so shaggy, it was cut quite short for his latest film The Last Station and it's already grown out. I wonder if its for another movie or he personally likes it longer like that. It reminds me of what he looked like during the premiere for Penelope, even what he looked like when The Chronicles of Narnia came out. I like it because James always looks good but his longer hair like this is probably my least favorite. Anyway, I guess I was just curious as to what the circumstances are which caused his hair to be this long. Haha, it sounds like a rather silly question, one without an answer unless he is doing another movie that I am unaware of. Regardless ... he is hot, haha. |

Its been a bit too long since I've last posted. Have gotten lazy and sidetracked by life, geesh, how dare it distract me from this board! I come baring James McAvoy treats though, from his movie that is coming out sometime soon, The Last Station ...     I thought these were really love, James looks especially scrumptious in the last photo. You might notice the lucky lady in his arms plays Cillian's love interest in Bitter Harvest or How Harry Became a Tree .... I am not too sure what I think of her as an actress, I suppose this movie will help me decide. I think it would be cute and fun to see James on screen in a love relationship with Anne Marie Duff again, like in Shameless, but it is probably really fun for them to act beside each other in different types of roles, with a different kind of interaction. It has been toooo long without a James update, unfortunately he is laying kinda low these days. Still no word on the release of The Last Station. The only other work that I know he is involved in is the voice of Gnomeo in Gnomeo and Juliet and apparently a new movie called The Details but production of that has recently been stalled .... or so I have read. So to hold me over, new pics ...  Wow, so sexy, even from the side! |
