So i'm a huge jamie bell fan after seeing Billy Elliot a bit back and i've kind of ben absorbing all his films like i did with cillian. so far i've seen The chumbscrubber, undertow, dear wendy, and king kong.
I've seen Nicholas Nickleby a while back for charlie hunman so i want to see it again. I think Jamie's really done well for himself, especially after starting out a career at 14 basically, from the top with a BAFTA. and i'm excited for what he's going to do next.
any other Jamie fans out there. we can be awesome and discuss things.

I thought he was hot in king kong, then I saw the chumbscrubber and was like he is awesome. I love it, my favorite part is when Dean is on the medication and he sees Trey and starts talking to him and Crystal. That part was sad but it was also funny.

He's from billingham Engand. his regular english accent is awesome. you gotta see Billy Elliot, he won the Best Male Actor BAFTA for it when he was like 14. It's so good. it has kinda the same music as Breakfast on Pluto.

Hey guys! Let me join the club!!! The biggest Jamie Bell mexican fan here!!! I loooove him, since I saw him on Billy Elliot. I haven't seen Nicholas Nickleby cause it seems it doesn't exist here And I made all my mates see undertow with me the day it was released, haha. Not everybody liked it, but what an odd brilliant film, huh? Excelent, I'd say. So bad he appears in so few King Kong scenes, but how cute! It touched my heart when that guy, his 'tutor' like, was killed and he cryes... Haven't seen Chumscrubber but really hope I can someday, and woohoo! Dear Wendy is released in my city tomorrow!!! so I'm celebrating since now ;D

aw, yay for dear wendy. it's a quirky little film, i liked it. i didn't like undertow until i watched it with the commentary, then i realized it is actually a very good film. Jamie was cute on the commentary, he freaked out about the cow scene, lol. yeah it sucked he didn't have a bigger part in King Kong but he did get to dance a little so that was nice

Yes! That's exactly what I thought! Hahahaha. I said "So, you weren't gonna dance in films anymore, right?" But it was cool, I mean, he was next to Naomi (she's another idol for me) LOL the cow scene was nasty! What a brave boy to do that! Hehe, kidding, that's his work, he's an actor. Great young actor. Brilliant. I'm gonna start a countdown for tomorrow! ;D Dear Wendy, yay!

I like Jamie. I saw him first in the Green Day video and I was all what a bad actor. But that is a cheasy video, you have to admit. then i saw him in king Kong and I found out that he was a lot better than that. So now I too am a fan.

I know this is a pretty old thread but I have loved Jamie Bell for years, since Billy Elliot came out, so I feel inclined to post as well and share my love! I just had a little Jamie Bell marathon, just watching Hallam Foe, The Chumscrubber and Jumper for the first time. They were all very good. Hallam Foe is an amazing film, it's not a blockbuster type action film, like Jumper is, it is a real, hardcore, intense, sexual, sad and funny movie and it was very beautiful. Jamie was incredible in it. Jumper, which is new, was surprisingly good. Jamie was funny and very sexy (haha). and I really liked The Chumscrubber but I watched it on youtube and the quality was CRAP so I need to see it again so I can better appreciate it. My other favorites are Undertow, Dear Wendy (especially) and Billy Elliot of course. I have also seen Jamie in King Kong, Nicholas Nickleby and the Green Day Video ... which is almost all of his work haha. I'm telling you, I really love this guy! He is a really phenomenal actor for his age (well he is my age, 22 ... but he is amazing!) and I really can't wait to see him in more stuff. I especially recommend that any Jamie fans out there who haven't seen Hallam Foe check it out ASAP ... even if you don't know Jamie and just want to see an excellent flick, it is really worth it. Holy crap, I just looked up his award wins and he won ELEVEN awards for Billy Elliot, all to the effect of "best newcomer" "Youth in a film" "best new actor" "best new young actor". He was nominated for two awards for Hallam Foe but did not win sadly, he really deserved to (although I do not know what his competition was). He also won 1 award for best leading young actor in Undertow. Jamie Bell is the man!! In Hallam Foe .... here is a trailer for Jamie's new film that is coming out called Defiance, it looks really good and is based on a true story! www.apple.com/trailers/paramount_vantage/defiance/trailer/
