he spent more time on the sets and puppets rather than the actual story.
i wouldn't say it was the worst 8 bucks i ever spent though. i still thought it was good

Oh thank god!!!! I was soo scared when I saw this thread, cos I know what I was going to say and then i read some of the first few people on this thread and I almost didnt post!!! Thank god!!! The movie sucks. It is slow, totally predictable, there's like, 3 good lines in the movie (only one of which I still remember) and I rememver thinking they should have given viewers the same option of a refund as they did with "Cinderella Man"!!! Yech!!! I am not a big fan of Tim Burton's but this movie - just - well, sucked!!! Worst $8.75 I ever spent in my life - and I've spent some bad ones!!! Forget about this movie. I doubt if even hardcore Burton fans will enjoy this one in any way. $8.75?!!. that sucks

Wow, I can't believe you guys didn't like it. It's your opinion but oh well. I saw it last night and I loved it. Tim Burton is one of my favorite directors and it was so cute. I laughed a lot at it. I thought the characters were well written. Yes, the story was a bit predictable but it was still very enjoyable to watch. The music was incredible!!! I really loved this movie. I want a bone dog.

I love Tim Burton's films but I was so disappointed in Corpse Bride. All of the songs seemed forced and awkward and the whole film was slow.

I saw it today. It wasn't the greatest, and it was a bit short, but I still thought it was a cute little movie.

No, In my opinion, the Nightmare Before Christmas is better.

I was very dissappointed with this film, the trailer made it seem so much better. All spectacle but no substance, much like some of Burton's other movies.

I love Tim's films but this was just a huge disappointment, much like Ed Wood.
