i love terry gilliam, because he has a great imagination. i might check it out just because i know visually it will be intense.

Heath Ledger did a great job as did the main female character (don't know her name). I hope the rest of you enjoy it.

I really enjoyed. I thought the acting was good, I liked the plot, and I rarely ever notice cinematography, but I did for this movie, because I thought it was so good. Also I thought that the movie was visually stunning, which I love in movies. So overall I really liked it.

I can't wait to see it! it'll hit the screen here in Oct. I heard. I have liked Gilliam since he was in Monty Payton. well, some of his movies are a bit weird, to say least, but some are great and he's got an amazing visionary talent. I heard good about this film and I know it's had a long post production story. besides, to be 100% honest, I cannot wait to check out darling Matt in this role as well... YUM!

I saw it, it was ok, but could have been so much more. The scene with the little white cat --- SO un-neccessary, and ruined the film for me. Just my 1 cent worth (would have given you a quarter, but needed it for the parking meter!!)

its being released here at the end of November...I saw the trailer the other day...and I was just wondering if this is suitable for children, because my neice is a huge Heath fan and it looks like a dark fantasy movie..

I just saw it and I have to say I really liked it! I think it was well made, enterteining and the story was witty and very enjoyable. I can say the film has some "scary" moments (scary in a basic level I mean.. , but I saw it with a 7 years old child and he found it amusing and was not frightened at all. hope this can help. I did love the couple damon-ledger, I had read/heard they got on well together on set and the chemistry works well for the story. that was an extra bonus. the torture master character was funny and actually likeable by the end of the film. LOL I agree with those who said the girl playing angelica is very good and she's cute too. I just expected the bad witch part was bigger in the film, I mean she's not on for so long, at least not as long as I had somehow expected. side note: matt is the usual babe.. ahhh *swoons*
