ANY film by Tim Burton and Johnny Depp I love (apart from charlie and the chocolate factory that was heart wrenchingly disappointing for me). I also like Harold & Maude, Trainspotting, cillian murphy films and a whole big bunch of others.

I <3 hukabees is not my fave film, but it was indeed very very funny and cool. I saw it on sat. night I really enjoyed it.
another film that's rapidly growing to be one of me faves, is "walk on water". it's a little israeli production, extremely good, that'd truly recommend everyone to see.

When we did about suicide in sociology i subjected my class to watching the film lol, most of them were like *yawn* but i was sat there giggling away, loving it.

My favorite movie of all time would have to be The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. Then there is a three way tie for second against On The Edge, Newsies and To Kill a Mockingbird. Not many people that I know have seen Priscilla, but I highly recomend it. Its beautifully shot and the characters are so great. And its really really funny (well it is to me at least

yeah, my mom showed me harold and maude a while ago... i think its one of those movies that you either love, or dont get... but i laughed so much "do...you... like... knives?" haha, i love that scene... and just the first one, where he walks out and him mom is like "harold, get down from there"... ahh, i was laughing so much...
its just funny, bc i watched i heart huckabees right after i read song of solomon, and then i had 2 weeks over the summer with nothing to do, and i ended up having one of those "re-evaluate your life" times... inspired by that movie...

The scenes that crack me up without fail is when his mother is completing the dating form and he 'shoots himself in the head', and also the uncle whose sleeve salutes lol. just the whole thing really is funny, especially the dates
