I saw it today, and I was pleasantly suprised. It was a pretty good film. Sure the hand-camera thing was a bit irritating, but that gave the film a more realistic feel to it. Plus, I like J.J. Abrams.

I saw it opening day and it was amazing.
The durability of the camera is unbelievable.

aw man this movie was amazing!!!! i loved the filming of it. how they cut the scenes was brilliant!!!! but it had some scary moments, and i dont get scared often! lol but the graphics were good as well, i loved this movie!!!!!

I love Cloverfield! Especially that kick-butt monster!
My favorite part was the tunnel scene when they turn on the night-vision and the parasites are right behind them...I seriously almost peed my pants...it was so scary and awesome!

OMG i totally agree!!!!!!!! i love that part! when i saw it in theaters i knew something was coming yet i still jumped LOL i cant wait for Cloverfield 2!!!!!!!

The project is currently "in talks," as Paramount is trying to work out a deal with original director Matt Reeves, along with Abrams and writer Drew Goddard. Nothing official has been confirmed.

then they say:

Cloverfield 2 would be cool. I heard if they made another one, it would just be the same attack from a different group of people's point of view. That might be interesting though. Little things about the monster might be revealed about the monster that we didn't know before. Like for example, maybe someone saw where it came from (there are two major theories for this one) and maybe we learn what Slusho (for those who were following the viral campaign) has to do with the monster (there's a theory on this one too).

this guy on bloody-disgusting.com was yelling at me saying that there wont be a second one, i was DUDE its says it on the internet, so IDK im just saying what my info say!!!!!!!! lol

but i hope they do come out with a second one!!!!
