Hello all! My name's Megan, and I'm a brand spankin' new Cillian fan. The sad thing is, I've only ever seen Red Eye, so I'm not too sure that I'm a worthy fan quite yet, but I developed a weird fascination with him as soon as I saw the trailer, and it soon turned into a very creepy crush. So I just had to join. I'm at school at the moment, but as soon as I go home for the weekend I'm gonna hit Blockbuster and rent everything they have. I've watched everything on this site. I wonder if Batman's in the cheapie theatre yet....

So, for anyone who cares, let me explain about my fascination. Sometimes I feel strangely and asexually attracted to random people I see, male and female, for no reason whatsoever. I really want to get to know these people, but I've only intentionally done so once because I'm horribly shy. Cillian Murphy's the only celebrity I've felt attracted to in this particular way. As soon as I saw that trailer, I zoned in on him. And, like with many of the guys this happens with, my asexual fascination turned sexual. Yuh-mee.

I remember the first time I saw the trailer and...y'know how they made it out like it was gonna be this perky romance in the teaser? Well, I saw Cillian and I knew that the trailer was lying because, while he's absolutely beautiful, he's a strange sort of beautiful that I didn't think would be the leading male in a manufactured American romance. I love it when I'm right, yet I mourn the predictability of Hollywood. I haven't discussed my infatuation with anyone I know personally because I'm very private, but I've had one friend tell me he's ugly, and two say he's creepy. Unbelievable. Though, I kinda enjoy my isolation in my creepy obsession.

Your story sounds oddly familiar, haha. For me, it was Crane in Batman Begins. I didn't even think he was good-looking at first, haha. But over the course of the movie, he kinda grew on me...a lot.

Hate to break it to ya, but you're DEFINATELY not alone in your "creepy obsession", haha. Not here.

Your not alone at all.....all my friends say the same thing except one who dosn't even know anything about him, hasn't seen anyone of his movies or anything, and only saw one pic and was constantly mentioning him to me cause she knows I'm obsessed.

he can definatly grow on people though, and It dosn't take long at all. Glad your here, hope to see you around the forum lots ^_^

Just to clarify, I don't think my obsession is creepy because people think he's creepy, but because I find the fact that I'm obsessed with a person disturbing in and of itself.
