Hello all! How amazing do you have to be, where in a movie trailer all you do is say "He's here, the batman", and someone instantly notices you and thinks, "who is that?". You have to be pretty amazing! It wasn't even really his looks at first, it was just the way he said that one line and the way he moved his body when he said it, something struck me. I looked him up on IMDB and found it was Cillian Murphy. Since that trailer I have seen Batman Begins, 28 Days Later, and Intermission. I am thinking of tracking down Disco Pigs next. I am amazed at how great of an actor he is. I was even more amazed after seeing Batman Begins, to see Intermission and hear what a thick accent he has, which there wasn't a trace of in Batman Begins. It's hard to lose a thick accent and I can't believe how well he did that in BB. That's talent! He is also, of course, gorgeous. So since I'm newly infected with the Cillian virus, I would appreciate any recommendations of which Cillian films to check out. Thanks!  |

Another infected fan. Welcome. And yes, he is quite amazing. The movies I'm most interested in seeing of his are Intermission, On The Edge, Disco Pigs, and 28 Days Later. And his upcoming film Red Eye looks quite good as well.

Intermission was wonderful. Cillian is great and I love his character, especially when he's always getting into trouble at work. The whole film is wonderful though, even besides Cillian, though he is of course why I rented it! ;D

Hi Everyone, I'm new here but it's interesting to see my blooming obsession reflected in these posts. I agree that CM as Scarecrow rocked me to the core. What is it about evil but brilliant characters that gets me? He has the most beautiful face I have ever seen. It just stuns you. After seeing him in Batman Begins, I saw 28DL and have ordered Disco Pigs. My husband is a little worried  I have changed my wallpaper to a pic of Dr. Crane. Everytime I see it, I'm just as stunned as I was the first time. I'm not usually interested in actors. I'm not the groupie type. But my God, he is the exception to the rule. Scary thing is, he looks a lot like the first boy I ever kissed. |

How much is he in "Intermission"? A lot! He's pretty much the main character that ties the other stories together. He's great in this movie, and I love his really thick accent in this one. He's also of course lookin' extremely good! |

Cillian plays a bad boy good, Red Eye will be great. Did you know he got that part because he has such beautiful eyes?

I'm gonna have to order Disco Pigs, Intermission, and On The Edge off net. But today I bought 28 Days Later. It was good, though at the beginning I was shocked at seeing Cillian in a nude scene.
