I'm 17, and I'm parents pretty much treat me like an adult. I guess I'm lucky, because I would freak out if my parents made my movie decisions for me, or actually any decision...but I've always been like that.
I actually just went and saw Wedding Crashers with my parents...boy that was awkward.

BEST MOVIE EVER! not really, but i loved it. a lot.
i saw it with my friends opening night and then took my mom to see it in the afternoon the other day! it wasn't alkward at all, haha, she has a sense of humor and so do i, so it was fun. she loved it.

reverie: Happy birthday!!! ;D Ah, it seems like yesterday when I was 15 haha. Life kinda sucked cause I was in high school and there was no Cillian or Christian Bale in my life.  imogen: I agree with you! I've noticed that there's a lot of younger people here, yet they all seem so mature. I was like that in those years. Now I'm 21 and I'm starting to feel old hehe. But it's kinda cool to be "older", although I never had a hurry on becoming an adult. I'm just glad my high school days are over! ;D (yes, i hated high school! lol) |

I get that i'm mature for my age a lot and people think i'm older..... i dunno it's kinda cool but then too many people start watchign everything you do and it's a lot of pressure you can't act like a kid

I know what you mean, raine. It sucks that people expect you to be mature all the time when in reality you're just a teenager and you should be having fun! Although, there are always going to be people that make you feel younger than what you are. Take my nanna, for example. I'm seventeen, and she will not let me drink Coke because she thinks I'll get hyperactive like I did when I was, oh... eleven?  |
