I know this is a bit odd, but I forgot there was a nude scene in 28DL. Granted this was before I had admiration for Cillian or knew who he was...but even if I were to watch it now, I doubt I'd squeal over it. =D I can respect him for his work and that takes courage.
As to his body proportions, I really like lithe pale guys. So I'm not complaining. =D
