At the same moment, the 43rd annual NYFF will bring George Clooney to Avery Fisher Hall to show off his sophomore directorial effort, the Edward R. Murrow vs. Joe McCarthy drama "Good Night, and Good Luck."


Clooney; screenings of "Capote" with its star, and likely Oscar nominee, Philip Seymour Hoffman; plus one of his competitors, Cillian Murphy, who will be appearing with director Neil Jordan to screen their IRA cross-dressing movie "Breakfast on Pluto," the festival centerpiece.

Sadly all tickets are sold out so we will be waiting in the stand by line. Maybe we will be able to see Cilly tho. That would be nice.

my point is i am excited. but nobody's interested except for my wonderful best friend and uhhhh, my mom.. nad she only wants to see it cause i never ask her to do stuff with her anymore.

i think she'd get a lil mad if she found out Cillian is in it, cuz i'm aways talking about him here. I'm glad my friends obsessed too. XD.
