Wow, our little Cillian really likes the F word lol. Aw, no more bad guys?! Drats, I love it when he plays a villain. But I believe that later on down the road, after he's portrayed several good characters, he'll do another bad one for old time sake hehe. He better or...i'll cry! You better not make me cry Cillian lmao. I love it too...Come on Cillian, baby! it can't be true. Say you're jokin or you might make two of your most devoted fans cry Oh my, I almost forgot...... thank you sooo much blue. Cilly bar for you

Mmmmmmm... (lost in the second pic)
I love the jacket he's wearing in the third picture.
I love his attitude in interviews. He's down to earth, but not afraid to be opinionated. I especially love that he's not allowing himself to be sucked into the typical Hollywood lifestyle (outrageous spending, partying, buying his own private island, etc).

It's good that he doesn't do that stupid obnoxiously public partying... But if I had enough money, I'd totally buy a private island.

This man is absolutely lovely. I loved this article. A bit bumbed about the bad guy thing, but I get why. Maybe in a couple years he can take on that type of roll. Right now I doubt he wants to be type casted. He is just so aware of himself. I love that in men. Why oh why must he be the only one like him. Oh well, life will have to go on. You get a Cilly bar for this my friend.

When I become famous, which I hope I do lol, I wouldn't go to those Hollywood parties either. There would be soOoOo many people there, and half of them I wouldn't even know. Yeah, I like to socialize but I can only socialize with so many people at once lol.
If I had tons of money I think that I would buy an island as well. Just a little peaceful and beautiful vacation area for me, family, and friends. But first! I would purchase my black 1966 Mustang fastback. ;D

I'm contrasting his "art" comments with comments Jonathan Rhys Meyers made in an interview, where he said essentially that actors are basically bimbos and that any actor who says he's in it for the art and not the money is lying through his teeth.
THAT interview-- and the location of it eludes me-- made me mad. Mr. Rhys Meyers seems to enjoy going out of his way to appear the "bad boy" (which strikes me as an ill-advised hobby for a guy who looks to be a hundred and thirty pounds soaking wet). Not so Mr. Murphy. Bravo, Cillian! Well spoken.

It makes me wonder how he finds any work, if he's that obnoxious ALL the time. ... Yet I still like him. Twisted, eh?

Not so Mr. Murphy. Bravo, Cillian! Well spoken. Wow, I really just don't think he can speak for all actors. I am a fan of JRM but to say that all actors are bimbos and are in it for money. Seems strange. He doesn't know how others feel. Cillian is an artist and some people have a gift. People that are amazing actors and know whats in them can't be anything but what drives them. Thank god Cillian doesn't need to be a bad boy. He doesn't need to put on a show. People are lucky to find a job that they love. Why should he spend it doing films he hates. If it was about money only why would there be independent films?

I totally agree with you girl. If our Cillian was in the business just for the money then he wouldn't keep avoiding the trash as he said in his acceptance speech. Which is true, cause he's never done trash. And yes... thank God Cillian doesn't need to be a bad boy to get noticed. At least that was my impression of what JRM pretends to do with that fake bad ass attitude. I know you like him and I think he is a good actor (loved him in Matchpoint), so he doesn't need to put up that facade
