I found these on the site Superhero Hype and though the pics aren't that great, it definitely looks like Scarecrow is in them, and that's a good thing.

Wow!!!! That does look like scarecrow. I really hope it's Cillian. I would be so angry if it was another actor. There is only one Scarecrow and it's the man.

And yet, another self pity-fest and hating that I don't live in more exciting regions of the country. (sigh)

Awwww!! Such a good news!!! ;D Scarecrow is back again!
I hope it´s really Cilli!!! ... by the way, they are dead if they replaced Cillian by another actor!!!
But in the last pic its Cillian for sure!! Ok, its a bit blurred ... but like blue said,
it has to be a very very good double that we mistake him as Cillian!!!
I hope we´ll see him in much more scene than in BB!! Can´t get enough!

By this evidence and what I/we have been reading everywhere it makes me 95% sure that it's true. It's just got to be him, It just HAS to be. Looke like him, his stance, and all. It's got to be him........

This is entirely just a theory, but I think that if it is Cillian returning as Crane/Scarecrow *hopehopehope!!!* it'll just be for a short while, probably only at the very beginning of the movie, just to wrap up "loose ends". Considering that both Joker and Harvy Dent will be making appearances in Dark Knight, I don't think there will be much screentime for our dearly loved Dr. Crane.

But still, a little Scarecrow is better than no Scarecrow! I really hope it is him!

OH man, I SOOOO hope that's true!!!! Everyone at my work is shaking their heads because I've been saying forEVER that it'd be totally unfair not to show him at least a little after the way they ended the last one. If he's not in it, I'll cry.
