He used to be the singer of Mathcbox Twenty before he decided to start a solo career, that has been quite succesful by far. He became popular after the duet with Santana called 'Smooth'. He's my all time favourite singer/songwriter. And gotta admit he also looks darn good  Are there any other Rob Thomas fans here? |

yeah, i'm a fan of matchbox twenty, not really him...they had lots of hits...i love that duet he did wiht santana

Yeah, they did have many amazing songs ;D
I especially love 'Bent' and 'Bright Lights'. And gotta love the duet with Santana also ;D What songs are your favourites?

My favorites are "You Won't Be Mine","Bent" and the song where he sings: "And if this is how it's gonna stand when you know you've been depending on the one you're leaving now.."  Matchbox Twenty is great! and so is Rob Thomas! |

Yeah, 'You Won't Be Mine' is brilliant also, that's the one where Rob also plays the piano. One of the most beautiful songs in the world in my opinion. Wait.. I know which song you mean, I just can't remember the name.. *thinking* Of course Rob is great too, he's my favourite singer. I love his voice |

I have some mixed feelings about him .
He is good looking and have a nice voice but his solo cd is boring

Oh man....I LOVE matchobox twenty. I've liked them since they first came out.
Rob Thomas is a BRILLIANT songwriter. He really amazes me. I like his solo songs!
Short or long hair? I liked the longer hair but I guess the short hair is growing on me. I think it is. lol

aurora10 glad to hear you love him too ;D ;D Yeah, he's one of the best songwriters of our time He did a second song to Santana in which he doesn't perform himself but it's still good. I can't remember the name of the song.. I heard it from the radio weeks ago. I like his solosongs too ;D Especially I Am an Illusion and Now Comes the Night where he plays the piano. And of course This is how a heart breaks, that's a really catchy & energic song ;D I liked his longer hair too, but he looks good with the short hair also, you're right.

I love Rob Thomas.. I was so mad at my sister because she got to meet him... I'll have to find the pictures... she did get me an autograph though... I'll have to scan that and get it online or somethin.
