I am still reading Breakfast on Pluto... I never go anywhere without it and if I'm bored or whatever I get it out and read it...
I am about to start reading "Pettson and Findus (Festus and Mercury) The Mechanical Santa" in Danish
It's a children's book I've had since I first started reading on my own, I still remember my mother reading it out loud and it's a very dear memory to me! Since then I've read it every year around Christmas...
And my newest cat is called Findus, he doesn't look like the cat from the drawings at all though

Wow i haven't posted in here in ages! Right now i'm reading The Great Gatsby. I wanted to read it before the movie comes out next year and i thought i'd fly through it seen as it's so short but i have to say it hasn't grabbed me yet. I'm determined to try and get it finished today though, i hate spending too long on one book, especially one of less than 150 pages! Oh and Bloody Rose i'm the same with Howl by Ginsberg. It's always in my bag or pocket wherever i go and i flick through it all the time. I'm obsessed with Ginsberg.

Recently finished The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky which i alsolutely loved and cannot recomment enough! It was so simply yet beautifully written and it has cemeted itself as a firm favourite. I'll never forget Charlie,Patrick and Sam and Charlie's endearing, funny, heart wrenching way of explaining things and recounting the story of his life. There are so many really inciteful quotes throughout and in the epilogue especially. Just a really engrossing, easy to read, page turner that'll make you laugh and cry.
Now i'm reading Silk by Alessandro Baricco.

I am reading The Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan. It's really good actually, it's a post apocalyptic story that has to do with Infected zombies! I'm loving it! ;D

I recently picked up Angela's Ashes again, and it is breaking my heart. Not sure if I can finish it, it's just so upsetting.

I eventually found Breakfast on Pluto, in English of course. I'm cherishing it, reading it slowly, I love that character so much!

Oh Breakfast on Pluto, I'll be so lost if I ever lose my copy!
If my friend finally remembers to bring it back to me tomorrow I've been thinking of reading Shakespeares 'Hamlet' in the original language once more, I've wanted to for the past year and a half but my friend borrowed it and she keeps forgetting to bring it back
She also asked to borrow Breakfast on Pluto but I had to tell her no because I can't go a day without it

Right now it's Aztec, by Gary Jennings... again. LOL. I reread this ever few years, because it's one of the most sprawling, incredible novels I have ever read. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if I have posted in this very thread about it before, lol. Fascinating historical fiction, which is cool in itself. But what makes this novel stand out is the writer's skill; he's one of those amazing word artists who can dazzle with a description, and wind the most intricate of tales simultaneously. It's bloody and violent at times, yet sensitive and moving at others... there is an entire world in this book, and it's in my top ten all-time.

Sounds interesting, Pisces ! I should read more... In former times I was always reading before I went to bed. But nowadays I'm either in the forum till late at night, or I'm drawing or writing LOL So no energy left to read. But I might give it a try again.
