razzthekid: yup, Giovanni is brilliant and underrated. Still have to check out Robert's movies. Pisces: true, Giovanni is underutilized. There's something about him that just stands out the first time you see him. Hopefully he'll get leading roles the more he stays in the business. I also agree with you that Cillian is an obscure actor. Not a lot of people know him here. They'd only recognize him if I told them that he was in "28 Days Later," "Red Eye," and "Inception," or that he was the Scarecrow in "Batman Begins." One of my best friends even scoff at me for liking an "unknown" movie actor who stars in "unknown" movies, and we constantly bicker over the subject. : Zombiekitten: I saw the trailer for "The Rite." Colin is kind of good-looking. I don't like watching horror movies, though. I get scared easily. I don't think I can answer what makes priests attractive because I'm a Catholic and I have an uncle who is a priest. LOL!

No problem, razz. I was thinking that you might have seen those videos since you're his fan, but I couldn't resist posting them because he's soooo cool! @bunnie24: I hope you mean Sam. When I saw him dancing, I thought he was so sexy. I like guys who can dance.

@bunnie24: LOL! You'd probably have to stand in line for that. It appears from the comments thread on those YouTube videos that you're not the only one who has those sentiments. ;D disarm79: Yeah, I didn't think much about him until I saw those videos. I watched "Charlie's Angels" a long time ago, so I don't really remember if his dance sequence in the movie impressed me at the time. What I do remember is his performance as Zaphod Beeblebrox in "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy." He was so hilarious!!! I love it when he does the "Here Comes the Hammer" dance on Jimmy Fallon's show and the expression on his face when he comes out onstage. That song's been playing in my head for weeks now. Yikes!

This page makes me very happy! Look how much love Sam has created, he deserves it. ;D Now i urge you all, no i order you all, to go watch as many of his movies as possible! Another more obscure actor who i adore is the man currently in my avatar- Scott Mechlowicz. He can create so much just with a glance from his eyes or the slightest change of expression. He has such a brilliantly expressive face, it's not like he's acting at all. He just becomes whatever character he's playing, morphes into them completely. My favourite portrayal of his is Marty in Mean Creek, he's such an interesting character and i love how he changes and develops throughout the story. How he can seem so tough and sarcastic one moment and then completely lost and vulnerable the next. Mean Creek also happens to be one of my favourite movies. And he is extremely creepy and unnerving in Gone, great little movie with 3 brilliant performances.

Yup. LOL. ;D @razz: All of his movies...there are so many! His performances in the ones I've seen are always great, though. What can I say, he is sOOOOOOOOOOOOOO COOL that it's utterly mesmerizing. Great sense of humor + good acting + dancing skills = sexy. I'm gonna stop going on and on about him now. Your current avatar looks great, by the way. I forgot to comment on your Johnny Depp signature. I kinda miss it know. The first time I saw it, I forgot to breathe. He's so beautiful.

@razz: The last time I posted, your Johnny Depp signature was missing. I was lurking ;D here yesterday and it was on again. Both times, I was using my laptop. Today, I'm on mobile and I don't see it. It's normal when I'm on mobile that signatures don't show, even in my other forum.Your sig's probably still on, though, because I saw it yesterday. I haven't seen "The Green Mile" yet, but I'll definitely look out for it on cable or on video.
I know this thread is probably going way off topic, but I just have to share this because it was sooo WEIRD. I was watching cable last night, going through the channels, thinking maybe I could catch an old Sam Rockwell movie playing somewhere. As I was pressing the channel "^" button on the remote, I said to myself, "I wish there was a Sam Rockwell movie showing tonight." As luck would have it, just when I finished that sentence in my head, I came across HBO and "Moon" was showing in 11 minutes! I couldn't believe it because I was thinking a few days ago about buying it at a video store because it might not get shown on cable. That was a really, REALLY strange coincidence. I'm still baffled.
Anyway, the movie was great. Really good story--I was glued to my seat--and Sam was just brilliant. He's able to draw in the viewer emotionally to the very heart of the story, that you end up rooting for the characters inspite of any questions you might have about the possibility of the situation in real life, considering that it is a sci-fi movie. I'd watch it again! ;D

Ah i getcha! Phew, i was worried my signature mightn't be working for everyone, and that would be an utter tragedy! That's so cool that you got to see Moon. I think his performance in that movie is one of the best i've seen- of any actor. Stuff like that is always happening to me, like i mention a band or a movie and suddenly they appear on the radio or it comes on tv within the next few days. It's weird.
