Some actors have all the luck to act with Cillian not once but twice! (thinking: "Damn you, Sienna!" And Paloma. Oh, and Brendan Gleeson.  ). So, anyway, who should be Cillian's next co-star? You could mention any repeat contenders, but some new ones would be nice, too! ;D I would love to see Alex Etel and Cillian in a movie together! They look so eerily similar! Alex could easily play Cillian's son or a younger version of Cillian. I much rather prefer the role of Cillian's son. I just love seeing Cillian as a father on-screen... it just makes me feel all fuzzy inside knowing he's a father in real life.  As for other male co-stars: Adrien Brody, Paul Bettany, James McAvoy, Edward Norton, Ryan Gosling, Josh Brolin, and Sean Penn. I don't care what roles they play -- brothers, lovers, friends, enemies, whatever. If it's any one of them plus Cillian, I'm there! And Christian Bale, again, but maybe with the main focus on just the two of them.  And for female co-stars: Emily Blunt, Amy Adams, Emily Mortimer, Naomi Watts, Cate Blanchett, Kate Winslet, and Reese Witherspoon. And of course, Rachel McAdams, again, in a proper romantic role preferably.  And ditto goes with Rose Byrne. |

Oh man there are so many... Tricia Helfer If you've seen her in Battlestar Galactica, you'll know what I'm talking about. When you first see her, you'll just think "Oh she's just the obligatory hot chick who can't act but brings in the ratings." But she's a fabulous actress; you can tell which model of Number Six she's playing simply by the differences in her body language. I just want to see her and Cillian in something together, if only for the hot chemistry they'd have. Eva GreenHot, fabulous, amazing actress, and actually keeps her personal life private. What more is there to say? Christian BaleDue to my hardcore love of the Metal Gear Saga, I really really really really want to see Christian Bale as Solid Snake and Cillian as either Otacon (the hacker/gadgeteer genius who aids Snake in his fight against terrorists) or Raiden (who joins Snake in fighting against a shadowy organization called The Patriots). It's not just because of fan bias and all that, but I also really want to see Cillian and Christian do another movie together, but have them fighting on the same side. Rachel McAdamsFor obvious reasons. Maggie GyllenhaalCillian admitted to having a crush on her, which I found really cute, and she's actually a wonderful actress. I'll probably think of others later... |

I think him and Zooey Deschenal would make a cute on-screen couple. Besides that I would like him to be in a movie with Hugh Jackman too.

Maggie GyllenhaalCillian admitted to having a crush on her, which I found really cute, and she's actually a wonderful actress. She's great. Heh, I would love to see them on-screen together. I wonder if there'll be any awkward sexual tension because I'm all for it! I think him and Zooey Deschenal would make a cute on-screen couple. That's a good choice. They would make a good-looking couple. They would also make a good sibling pair. She looks like she could be related to Cillian with her beautiful, distinctive blue eyes. I'd just like to include some pictures of Alex Etel. Both he and Cillian have been in Danny Boyle movies. It'll be great to see them together in another Danny Boyle movie and as father and son!   |

James and Cillian....You would have to take me out of the cinema on a stretcher. James is another shorty too. I hate some of the crap I hear about Cillian being short (which I don't think 5'7-9" is) and slim...so is James. Well, he bulked up for Wanted....but he's still a slim little bloke. I want to see Cillian in an action film of sorts. Man, he and James together in some kind of action/thriller.... I'd have to bring an extra pair of knickers with me. Cilly and Kate Beckinsale or Diane Kruger would look amazing together. I'm a Milla Jovovich fan too. That woman rocks. |

I love both James and Rachel. If all three of them were in a movie together... WOW. My brain would probably burst from the overload of talent (and hotness) on-screen. ;D I want to see Cillian in an action film of sorts. Man, he and James together in some kind of action/thriller.... That would be awesome. I would also like to see James and Cillian in a goofball comedy. I think James is naturally very, very funny and would be great in one. I can't believe I haven't thought of Rachel Weisz before. She's absolutely stunning and a great actress. There's rumors of her being the next Catwoman. I hope that is really true; she'd be great. I also hope Cillian would return as Scarecrow, so we'd have a chance to see him with Rachel Weisz on-screen. |

For, the males, I want to see Cillian alongside Robert Downey Jr, Josh Brolin, Daniel Day-Lewis, Hugh Jackman, David Tennant, James Callis and Edward James Olmos (so many BSG actors, I know ). As for the girls, my picks include Christina Hendricks, Olivia Wilde, Carla Gugino, Summer Glau, Monica Bellucci and Anna Paquin. |

OMG! Could you see James and Cillian in a 'dorky buddy' comedy?  I would die laughing. I could see them playing a pair of dorks....losers with women, etc. Or two blokes that get in over their head in a crime or something. You're right, James is naturally funny. Gads, just watch his interviews, the man is a riot. Another actor I adore is Benecio del Toro....I could see he and Cillian doing something. I'd like to see him work with Guillermo del Toro (Pan's Labyrinth, The Orphanage)... he is such a wonderful story teller. Or Alfonso Cuaron. Two of my fav directors. |

Strongly agree with Robert Downey Jr, Josh Brolin, and Daniel-Day Lewis. I know Robert's been around for a long time now, but I think he definitely got a major push in his career with Iron Man. He's definitely an actor that you would want to co-star with at this moment. I'm so excited for Sherlock Holmes. If only Cillian would've been cast in it...  Would he have made a good Watson? I loved Daniel-Day Lewis in There Will Be Blood, and he and Cillian together would make cinematic history. Christina Hendricks is gorgeous. Practically, the whole freaking cast of Mad Men is gorgeous. And talented. Cillian should soo have a guest appearance on Mad Men. He'd be perfect. OMG! I especially love his interview with Craig Ferguson where he talks about "the Scottish vacuum of charm." So funny! I haven't seen too many of his movies, but I loved him in 21 Grams. Great performance, great movie. Agreed. I absolutely loved Pan's Labyrinth and The Orphanage. Pan's definitely one of my favorite foreign movies, and The Orphanage was pretty creepy but poignant at the same time. Oh, and I'd just like to add Philip Seymour Hoffman. Unfortunately, I haven't seen too many of his movies, but with the few I've seen, I'm already convinced of his talent. Cillian's supposed to be a huge fan of Mr. Hoffman, so it'd be great to see him alongside one of his idols. Cillian's even met him before at the Toronto Film Festival (see here.) The picture's adorable! Oh, and Cillian and Casey Affleck would be awesome, too. |

Especially if it's some sort of bizarre love triangle thing. I really wouldn't know who to root for LOL. Well...eventually it would have to be Cillian though. A girl's got her loyalties Speaking of James and Cillian though, it ALMOST happened, i mean, they were up for the same part in Perrier's Bounty! And when i read about Cillian being in White Male Heart (about two SCOTSMAN) I immediately thought "OMFG James should be the other guy!" It would have been perfect, James IS scottish after all. Sigh. |

 I really really want to see Cillian Murphy and Eva Green in a movie together. I think, out of all the actors who ave not worked together... they have the most potential and they'd look perfectly great together. |

Eva and Cillian would make an explosively hot couple- of that there is no doubt. Whoa.
As far as male co-stars, I also like Benicio De Toro. I could see them as rivals of some sort, perhaps cop/criminal.

These are some really good ideas. James McAvoy, Ryan Gosling, Edward Norton, Kate Winslet.....would also really like to see Cillian work with Casey Affleck, Joaquin Phoenix, and Nick Stahl. Nick is another actor( in my opinion) who is very underrated.
