I liked your Kill Bill reference it's very true. I do agree that he turns into complete jaw-dropping, brain-numbing gorgeousness in a suit but maybe he's the type that just really hates to dress up and you know what, the rarity of it makes it that much more special don't cha think? ;D

Your metaphor totally makes sense, Pisces. Cillian might just not want to draw attention to himself. It makes sense because a lot of celebrities dress funky and crappy to 'blend in', and sometimes, it does the opposite. LOL. Larvalee, you're probably right, Cillian's probably doesn't like to dress up -- like the majority of men out there. LOL. I don't want you to feel that me and Pisces are 'dissing' on him or anything. We're just stating the truth -- that he dresses bad. *shrugs* I don't want him to dress in a suit everyday or anything because like you said, its rarity makes for a nice surprise. But he can look good in just regular, casual clothes. Throw on a pair of stylish jeans, a cool vintage T-shirt, and blazer -- wow, he'd look indescribably awesome. Anyway, to go a little bit off topic, since we haven't been getting any new pictures of Cillian lately (I know we have been spoiled... I just want to keep on getting spoiled with new pics of Cillian everyday! LOL), I was just thinking it'd be great if Cillian did a high fashion photoshoot one day, but one with a storyline... Like the GQ one from last year with Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Claudia Schiffer with the bondage/affair theme: And the 'Domestic Bliss' W Magazine one with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie (I know they're incredibly overrated, but I thought this shoot was beautiful): Cillian advertising for high fashion clothes and doing something creative in terms of storyline and photography. What do you guys think? Yay or nay for Cillian? Sorry for posting 'non-Cillian' pictures! Hope it didn't get your guys' hopes up in seeing that the thread was updated but no Cillian pics. Hee. LOL.

Many thanks for posting those pics Rukia! Agreeing those are cool pics! Hmm...I'm probably a bit biased, being as crushed out as I am on the guy lol! But I'd love for him do a shoot like the one above with Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Claudia Schiffer! I can't help having my doubts he'd do something like that though - seeing as he's married and all. I know he's done nudity/love scenes in movies, but out of all the one's I've seen they've always been pretty brief and none too detailed. So can't help wondering if to some extent he kind of feels awkward about doing that stuff...of course I could be totally wrong though! No worries about posting non Cillian pics! I don't mind at all!

I don't feel like you were dissing Cillian don't worry. I know I can be very protective of him but I can tell you guys aren't meaning anything you are saying in a hateful way. It would be cool if he did a shoot with a story line as you mentioned Rukia, those pictures are great and good examples of what you are referring to.

I know these pictures (or at least some of them) were posted elsewhere on this forum. And I'm sure that even if not everyone came across them on here, they've most likely come across them on the Cillian site already. But I thought I'd post the link to these TIFF photo shoot pictures taken by Henry Garfunkel anyways as a) I really do think these are some of Cillians best pics and b) It's been a while now since any pics of him were included in here: www.cilliansite.com/gallery/photoshoots/garfunkel-2009Enjoy everyone

No probs at all Larva and Mitzi Was my pleasure! Yup, I have an extremely soft spot for those pictures too I must say, they're amongst my favourites! Thanx Emma . Cillian in these photos thoughtful there is some IMHO. A few old photos.. (2002) Beard... (2004) Funny.... (2006) Elegant... (2007) Romantic... Wow fantastic find Mitzi! Thanks so much for putting those up - I've not seen those one's before either! I have to say that while I'm not really that keen on beards on guys in general (and I will admit to having recently come across a few pics of Cillian with a heavy grown beard and not thinking it especially suited him - honestly no offence toward Cillian intended in that comment!) I do really like those first two with him having that slightly unshaven look with the light beard instead. It doesn't hide his lovely features away the way a heavy beard does - and still gives him that extra masculine touch. Very sexy! Incidentally I wonder who the woman with him in the third picture down is? I'm pretty sure it can't be his wife! Hmm could it be one of his co-stars maybe...

Ah yes, of course, I see it now. She is such a tiny looking girl normally, looks different all rugged up.
Nice pictures!
Now then, about Cillian's clothes. Could someone have a word with him? Red socks with slip on shoes? Even my old dad would draw the line at that. Can forgive the cardigans and ratty t-shirts, but those socks and shoes are a crime against good taste. Bless him.

Many thanks for confirming all that Mitzi and no probs for the pics before Also liking those other pics you've put up as well! Thanks for posting! Now then, about Cillian's clothes. Could someone have a word with him? Red socks with slip on shoes? Even my old dad would draw the line at that. Can forgive the cardigans and ratty t-shirts, but those socks and shoes are a crime against good taste. Bless him. *Chuckles* I do appreciate what you mean Sabine. Though I get the impression Cillian is just one of those guys who makes wearing what's comfortable for him a higher priority when it comes to clothing choice. And much as it's also my personal preference we could see him in some smarter types of clothing in pics a little more often - I guess he just wants to do what he feels happiest with. Still if anyone has the influence to get him to re-think his public image a little for photo shoots I guess it would be his publicity agent - assuming that he has one of course! As I don't know for sure whether he does or not. Anyways one final comment I will add here that I didn't think to include before. I think he looks really sweet in that red hat. Right along with the mittens! Totally adorable!
