Wow those are pretty cool. Got an eerie feel to them. And welcome back. I've just been looking through some old threads recently and saw a lot of your posts- glad you've come back.

By the way those are really nice pictures Punctuator! Your pets look super cute. Also really like that selection of Mexico one’s at night Alejandrali and those black and white one’s of the cat you posted This Bike Is. Great selection!

Hey, emma, belated thanks! Here's one of a couple I just forwarded to a cavy breeder to see if maybe she can help me figure out what the heck kind of pig the Punkster really is (I think he's a Peruvian Texel; my oldest niece says he looks like he's half Polish chicken... y'know, those ones with the wildly puffed-out white feathers). Below, Punk latches onto the camera strap:

Nice photos Razz! Sounds fun. I love the sun but we don't get very much were I live. Where you live looks lovely.

Thanks. Do you mean snow? I live in Ireland. We don't get weather like this very often, we did get it pretty much as bad as this though back in January too.

Razz I mean the snow and Ireland. I would love to visit there sometime. My aunt lives in Northern Ireland. I was there twice but I was younger. It would be great to make it over there again.

OMG!I can't believe you have so much snow there at this time! That's lovely..It's a pretty hard weither at this time in Europe but for ones who have a bit of snow that's clean and beautiful. You made so wonderful pictures!Which material do you have??That's a good camera.. Impressive resolution if it's not a professionnal one.
And lol,Cillian's eyes!Nice shoot,this is a so lovely animal.

Thanks very much Lauren. It's not prefessional, it's just a very good, pretty expensive Kodak digital. It cost about 300 euro i think. It's got a x10 optical zoom, x7 digital zoom and 8 megapixel quality. You can also set it to focus on close up objects or far away objects. I love it so much. I'd like to get a professional one in the future but i know the lens and everything cost a fortune.

Those eyes are so cool! I've never seen a horse with eyes like that. I like the picture of the bird. It looks slightly startled hahaha. Like he's not sure if he should fly away or not...it's cute. Your dog is beautiful too

Of course Razz, everything linked to new technology remains pretty expensive. But your Kodak does worth its price, really!not many cameras at this price do the same.Especially in quality of shoot in close up,indeed.I'm maybe insane but I think photography really magic!I love photography..Like words do,it has something poetic & strong at the same time.
@disarm yes, true, never seen horses with such beautiful blue eyes either.Even if horses already have beautiful eyes, generally.

Your dog is beautiful too Yeah he's pretty unique. :)I've seen plenty of horses with wall eyes(one blue and one brown) but he's got two big, beautiful blue eyes. It took a while to get used to it when we first got him, because it's so unusual and we were so used to horses just having brown eyes. It's unexpected but i love them, i wouldn't swap them for the world- though i'm sure most people who are really into horses and breeding would probably consider it a genetic defect or something! I love it, it gives him character. And thanks, Amber(my dog) is so hairy in the winter! She's got this big lion's mane around her neck, she's like a big snuggly bear. Lauren, i love photograohy too. That's why i started this thread. I don't do it professionally, i just really enjoy taking pictures. I've posted a good few of my other photos in this thread.
