I'm happy because I did something cool today. I have a computer that was designed and equipped for gaming, which means it has a lot of RAM and can run several heavy applications at once without slowing down too much. A friend of mine gave me that small HDTV and I didn't know what to do with it. At first I plugged my old Nintendo 64 to it but I don't play that much (PC gaming being my favorite by far). So I decided to try and boot my PC with 2 different screens at once. After an hour trying to understand how split-screens work, I've finally made it. Now I can play a game on full screen mode while chatting on MSN on the other screen. I did it all by myself, didn't even google for help. It is freaking awesome.

Hahahaha Jinx! I bet you look like some kind of space craft navigator or super nerd mad scientist! ;D Double screens are often used in studios a lot, it's really cool how you can slide an object from one screen to another it's bizarre! ;D

Wow Jinx I couldn't ever do such a thing myself without help guides (even with help guids I would probably fail LOL) . I imagine this to be something very tricky that needs a lot of cleverness to fix. Perfect multitasking !

Haha ! Actually it's not that hard to do, the part where I had to put my second monitor physically upside down was the hardest I think xD And I'm often told that I look like a very nerdy teenage boy. I didn't know they used split screens in studios ! Yes, it's pretty easy to get frustrated at first ("WHERE IS THAT CURSOR NOW?! Oh wait it's on the other screen.") but it must be something you get used to after some time ;D

I found an alternative to my prescription which is no longer available. It's basically the exact same product just produced by a different company so i ordered it from E-bay. Can't wait for it to arrive.

I'm happy because I'm doing rather well at settling in at school... Only problem is that I'm not a 40 year old mum... but hey...
Good to see not all people judge on silly things anymore...

I am just so happy today, so full of energy and I'm ready for anything!
I have been so tired from school, but it's been such a success for me, and the weather turned out so beautiful for my little walk back home! I think I'll go for an extra long walk soon, I might even buy a soda, something I can only drink when I'm really well which also means my tummy is doing good! I really feel like the choices of non carbonized or alcoholic drinks is a bit low...
Funny thing, in school all the students wants to drink cola all the time, but our teacher is a sort of 'health freak' so no one is allowed to drink it! Yay, no temptation for me!

Yesterday, something really weird happened to me. I was enjoying my cousins' company with a bunch of friends, we drank a lot and had a great night, but then something happened (I can't really talk about it but that's not what's really important). We had about 5min to think about it and we came to the conclusion that we were all going to die in a few minutes. My cousins freaked out, one of them was screaming and the other was running around, while my muslim friend got on the ground and recited her last prayer, crying. I had a reaction I didn't see coming, I am pretty impressed by myself. I thought about it for a second, and I just thought "Well, this is it. I had a great life. Everything evil that was done to me, I can forgive. Everything good that happened to me, I cherish. I had a great, great life. No regrets, whatsoever." I sat down and waited calmly for it to happen, thinking about everything positive in the world. My friends, my family, the people I like to hang out with, the actors I like, the music I love, the day I tried parachuting, the day I met Camille, the day I decided that I wanted to work in the movies, all those important moments and important people of my life. Turned out it was nothing, but the moment was so intense everybody was really shaken. My heart was racing but I was really... I don't know, I think that's what true serenity feels like. So when this moment was over and nothing happened, I pulled out my phone and sent texts messages, calls, facebook messages, twitter, private messages, etc, to all the people I love, telling them how much they mean to me. Then, to all the people that did mean things to me, I said I forgave them. And to all the people I hurt in my life (there are a few, mostly from a loooong time back when I was a kid) I asked them to forgive me. For the first time in what seems like centuries, I'm trully at peace with my life. I had to be confronted with my own death to realize that. I've not felt that good for a very long time. So I just wanted to say: I love you girls

Wow Jinx! Bless your heart. That was a very intense life experience whatever it was and sounds very serious! I'm deeply gratuitous for the things often taken for granted too, you never know what's gonna happen and life is very precious. It must be filled with love! And awwww.... We love you too! Huge hugs! ;D

I am not only happy because I finally had my hair cut and I'm going to my good friends Alice in Wonderland themed Birthday party soon...
But I'm even more happy that the Norwegian murder and terrorist Anders Breivik was FINALLY sentenced a year after he killed 70 young people just because they were on a socialist camp on an island... 21 years isn't enough... I hope they will keep him forever!

OMG Jinx... That moving experience of yours has sent shivers down my spine... really. I can't even imagine what it must have felt like to be in such a situation... facing death... I'm rather speechless I must say. When you can say you enjoyed your life and you are content with the things you experiencend and the choices you made, the poeple you met etc at the point where you are facing death, then your life was truly a great and fullfilled one and you have made everything right. And I am so happy for your that your life so far has been so fullfilling - and that it is not over yet! I appreciate very much that you chose to post that here to tell us these words of friendship and love. I can only return these feelings.

Thanks for your kind messages girls Don't let anything bad or evil reach to you, life is way too short to be bothered with bad things. And you are all way too awesome
