So, this was meant to be a one shot, but I realized it was a poem as I wrote... so here you go.
"Still Loving You From Afar"
Loving you from afar, Loving you in front of me, Loving a fast man, Was the fate that slowed my heart…
You were bulletproof, So you knew not how it felt, To have your heart broken; Just the way you did to me…
The shot of your gun, Would have hurt less, Than the look in your eyes, That pierced my bleeding heart.
I knew you weren’t a dancer, I knew what not to expect, I knew you were nothing like me, But I know now that I never knew you…
I still speak your name, Just like you were still here, In the dark with me, Counting our seconds…
Our time was short, Our time was precious, But I’d give it all up, For one more minute with you.
You walked on, Left me standing here, I knew you were cold, But I’ve been frostbitten by you.
Why couldn’t you have shot me? Pulled that trigger of yours, Pointing towards my hurting heart, Why? When you killed so many others…
Drawing back my curtain; I sigh. You’re not down there, You weren’t yesterday and you won’t be tomorrow…
Will you?

Oooooo I really like that, Victim!! Longing for the lost Leon... I liked the way you described him as a "fast man". He certainly is that!!! Nice job - it has a darkness to it that I particularly appreciate. CB!!!
