For those interested in a bit of palmistry, Madame Pisces will attempt to read Cillian's palm. 
This is not by any means scientific (of course!), and is just for fun. Wikkleshamrocks alerted me to this great pic of Cilly's palm in Sunshine:
And from it, I can do a partial read. Sadly, it will be a very incomplete review, as I can't see things like how high the mounts in his palm are, the lengths of his fingers, etc. But, there is a lot in the pic to work from, and I will share that much.
Again, this is just for fun, and please take it as such!
To start off, Cillian's hands are thick (which we have all noted from other movies), which denote stubborness. His palms are square, which indicate a hard-working and productive person who values results more than large plans. Square fingers indicate an analytical approach, and a love of detail on one's own work and the work of others. I really wish I could do finger lengths here because that's half of palmisty....
but, since I can't do that, I will move on to the palm itself.
Life Line: I can't see the entire line, but it is very faint, which may indicate a weak constitution or poor health. (Doesn't seem to be the case in reality, but that's how palmistry rolls) The bars across the life line early on indicate interruptions or hindrances of some sort. The life line separates very early from the head line, which denotes a person who knew his own mind early on, and also indicates an early separation from parental influence.
Head Line: This is an impressive head line!! It is long, deep and defined, which indicates a love of learning and great mental capacity. Strong convictions. Slight downward curve toward mount of Luna, which indicates a powerful imagination. This is a very long head line - this is a very smart person.
The wide separation between the head and life line can mean that there is a tendency toward impulsiveness.
Heart Line: Deep and strong, indicating powerful emotions and strong loyalty. However, the line is short, ending under the Saturn finger, which means that the emotions are often hidden. The straight heart line (does not curve up or down) indicates a reserved personality. Slight downward branches show disappointments in love.
Quadrangle (the space between head and heart lines) is slightly waisted, meaning difficulty in mid-life. The quadrangle has a wider opening toward the edge of the hand, rather than toward the thumb, which indicates a tendency toward frankness in dealing with others.
And there we have it. I wish I could have done more, but that would have required either a complete image of his palm, or (much better), to be able to observe his hand in person. None of this predicts the future, of course; palmistry is much more like the signs of the Zodiac, in that it can give an outline of what someone's personality is like.
