hey

so I've got an avatar up right? and well I like it. i changed the file from psd to jpg so it will work on photobucket, and then I pasted the URL into the avatar feild. and there we go; i had an avatar....

but- somewhere between photobucket and here part of the texh has been cut off. I looked at the picture on photobucket and on my computer and it's perfect there..

so what do you think happened??

Oh yeah, the "that's" is cut off at the bottom. How strange. I was doing a sig today and when I posted it in photobucket it seemed like the text was smudged somehow. Strange things are afoot.

Ah, okay. I know what the problem is now:

The maximum avatar size is 100x100 on the forum. Your avatar you have is 100x103. Because it's 3 pixels too big, it's causing a distortion of the letters, since it has to be resized to 100x100. That's what the bottom of 'that's' is being cut off.
