Yeah, I guess it wouldn't matter if we called the thread "A Project That May Or May Not Be Cancelled Eventually Number 3" until we see the final name printed on an official poster or something.

LOL Speaking about cancelled projects... I wonder what has happened with the "Letter" (Rockstar-Cilly-) project....

Ah, no!! I'm sorry for the confusion, Bunnie. I don't know if it was cancelled... I was just wondering if it maybe got cancelled. I think I should have written: "speaking about may or may not be cancelled projects..."

Rodrigo Cortes and Claudia Llosa will be part of the jury in the next short film festival FILMFEST, sponsorized by Irish wishkey Jamison. Surely they both have a lot to talk about now that Cillian Murphy will be directed by Claudia Llosa on Cry/FLy. It's an interesting premise try to condensate in barely '30 secs an humorous story. I've had a look at some of them and they're hilarious... www.jamesonnotodofilmfest.com/jurado.html

Oh gosh, this is far too exciting! I got an email from a relative about this, and the fact that Connelly is in it too...this is going to be amazing.

Full trailer for Aloft (Cry/Fly?) at last! And a release date: May 22
This review from its screening at Berlin International Film Festival gives it a C+ (at no fault of the actors though), seems the film is more style than substance.
I'd like to give it the benefit of the doubt though. I really enjoyed Peac*ck and Red Lights more than reviewers gave the films credit. And hopefully they did some re-editing to fix the slow plot.
Anyone looking forward to Aloft?

Definitely looks like my kind of film. I love slow moving, atmospheric stuff - big fan of Joanna Hogg's work, Ain't Them Bodies Saints etc so I'm looking forward to this. Thanks for sharing the trailer.
