I just got done watching it again.. and Ive decided my favourite parts in this movie are when they're in their lil fantasy land dressed up as king&queen. Cos that's when they're happiest &have no worries<3.

New edition coming out Oct. 25, in about 2 weeks. Lots more extras, though I can't find any details on what the extras are. I bought the regular edition, but I've pre-ordered the new one, because, you know, can't be obsessed enough! I feel it's my duty as a Cillian fan to help his career along, don't you know?

You won't buy it even for about 6 hours worth of extras? You can always try to sell the old one at Amazon or Half.com or somewhere like that. The new one is exactly the same price as the old one, btw, at least on Amazon, I believe $17.99.

Just about the only info on the Amazon site is the length of the DVD, which is over 400 minutes, so presumably there must be a lot of extras of some sort, since the movie itself is 93 minutes. When I looked up my orders on Amazon, it still says DP should arrive 10/27, but they haven't sent it yet, so I doubt it. When I looked at their actual listing for the DVD, now it says that it takes 4 to 6 weeks, some special order items go out of print, or studios run out of stock, and they will notify me if they are unable to obtain the item. Yesterday it still said it was going to be released on October 25. So maybe it's taking longer to actually produce the DVD than anticipated? Usually Amazon sends an e-mail giving the new estimated date of delivery, and asks if you still want the item, even with the new delivery date. I've had that happen 5 times with one item, because it appears the book wasn't published when expected. Maybe something similar is happening with DP. If I get any more info, I'll post it, but this is very disappointing. Usually I get very good results with Amazon. Hm, maybe I'll give them a call, and cite my many years' worth of being a loyal customer, and see if I can get a straight answer for them. Update: no phone #, and I thought of sending an e-mail, but perhaps I should wait until it's actually past the delivery date to complain, then see what happens. There was another DVD I received that should hit stores today, and was supposed to arrive on the 27th, yet it got here today. So I can't really hate Amazon. I just wish they wouldn't confuse me.

Hi everyone! ;D OMG, my mom rented Disco Pigs off Netflix.com for me and I got it in the mail the day before yesterday. I watched it last night. It was the first time I'd ever seen it and it's so good! I love this movie! I loved the relationship between Pig and Runt. I thought it was sweet how they did everything exactly the same together. Pig was a little out of control with his jealousy and anger but I guess it showed just how much he was in love with Runt. One of my favorite scenes was where Pig was sitting there describing his sexual fantasy with Runt. Pig was so cute. *Spoiler!* OMG the ending took me by surprise too! It totally shocked me! I was glad that Pig and Runt finally made love but then she kills him! I couldnt' believe it! But really I almost cried. Not because it was Cillian dying but because Pig and Runt were so close all their lives and then Runt kills Pig. But I think that's what he wanted her to do, right? Because he's lying there looking up at her and she's looking at him and he nods his head. I think he knew what she was going to do and he knew that she needed to do that. That's what I thought. But I almost cried. It broke my heart. But the movie was beautiful and very very good. Oh, and Cillian's Irish accent is so cute! I can't understand what he was saying half the time but I love his accent. I think it's amazing how, when you see him in Batman Begins and Red Eye, you wouldn't know that he has an accent that thick. He speaks like he was born in America in BB and Red Eye! I think that shows how talented he really is. Anyway, I loved Disco Pigs. Beautiful film. Cillian's a great actor. Talk to you later! ~LaTissa~
