OMG OMG I JUST SAW RED EYE!! IT was soooooooo gooood!! I heart Wes Craven - IT WAS SO SUSPENSFUL AND WONDERFULLY PUT TOGETHER not to mention the fact that Cillian Murphy is my favorite stalker EVER!! I know he's not a stalker - there was that whole, "so, what are you" Scene "Mafia?" "no, not enough money" AHAHAH or something like that ?? haha I'm not sure I'm so wired IT WAS SOOO GOOD - and I realized that my friend had the same hair Cillian did and that I have Rachel McAdams hair so this girl actually said at the end of the movie "HEY, YOU GUYS LOOK LIKE THEM!" HA!! OMG I FLIPPED OUT!! ooh oooh god I loved it >> We screamed with laughter at the scene where the lady spilled the iced coffee and is like, "OH GOD SORRY I NEED ANOTHER LATTE!!" and that bathroom scene was hot hot hot hot hot!! oooh I'm like shaking ...it was so good but so scary!! We were on the edge of our seats the whole time....I THINK MY MOM HAS THAT DOCTOR PHIL BOOK THEY WERE READING AHAH!!! omg I have to read that now

Oh well, for those who have hands to type - were you suprised at all by what the "RED EYE" was I mean I thought it was going to be actually red eye - like Cillian Murphy has allergies lol or like when I talked about before that time when I was a kid and coughed so hard the blood-vesels popped in my eyes - I thought it was that but then it was just the plane!! And then I felt stupid cause I thought maybe it's a common slang word that I just never heard **only been in an airport once** so I was so confizzles - anybody heard of that before or is it just for the movie??

But they did get in some nasty close-ups of Rachel McAdams red eye - I could see every vain in her eye it was gross I mean I know I can't blame her for it but it just urked me out!

and he was so embarassed when the police came by his expression was like "NO I AM NOT WEARING A SCARF"

I think that was a great set-up for his next film, Breakfast on Pluto where he has to be a women - if anything, it was practice haha!!

oooh and did it look like he was wearing mascara or was it just me?

Red Eye flights are flights that are later in the evening like 9 pm, usually they get to the destination by early morning, depending on where it is.

It's an actual term.

That part was really funny!

I was actually LAUGHING when Cillian got stabbed by the pen because it was pretty funny the way he was stumbling throught the plane. But I kind of felt sorry for him

Ok...so everyone on the other thread that got locked is like OMG HE DIED DID HE AAHH and I mean - from seeing it, it wasn't even that bigof a deal I mean you suspect him to die just because he's lying there bleeding but you don't see his eyes role over or his funeral or anything so you can just assume if you want to (haha that's probably wishful thinking on my part) but seriously - if it wasn't that much of a big deal in the movie, it shouldn't be a big deal here and the ending's not predictable! - I didn't come into the movie saying OH YEAH THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE A FIGHT AND IT'S GOING TO GO EXACTLY LIKE THIS AND THEN HE'LL DIE THIS WAY!! << I wasn't even thinking that during the scene - I thought it was well put together and suspenseful and I think unless people have seen it they really shouldn't be talking about his death - it'll just ruin or confuse it

His voice got REALLY distorded. It was strange. He had to press his hand to his throat every time he wanted to talk

The other thread was locked to keep the forum organized over today and the next couple days so that there aren't 10 million posts saying, "OMG! I JUST SAW RED EYE! IT WAS AMAZING!". That's why Jo created the Party thread for everybody to discuss Red Eye there. If people want to talk about it and have spoilers, they just need to do what you did. Nobody said he died, I was making a statement. That was me that said that. But, if people want to freak out and act stupid over it, that's on them.

I've heard so many mixed things from the movie, I'm not even listening to anybody anymore. I've heard it's predictable. And I've heard it wasn't. I've heard it was suspenseful. And I've heard it's lame. I've heard that it was exciting. And I've heard that it's so boring, you'll fall asleep. I've just stopped listening to people and I'm probably just going to stay out of all the Red Eye threads until I see the movie myself and make my own decisions based on what I see. Cause this is crazy how people's opinions are being drastic polar opposites. I think people are being way too critical over what they're use to seeing with Wes Craven and a lot more people need to have an open mind with this.
