It was a while back...
I was laying in bed. Listening to my iPod and I couldn't go to sleep. The batteries were dying on it. So, I turned it off and just layed there, looking at the ceiling of my room. Then, all of a sudden, I start hearing Cillian talking in my head. At first, I thought it was like quotes of his that had been posted on the internet or that I had read one too many times. But, the closer I listened, the more like a script it sounded. Like nothing I had ever heard of before. And I started seeing visions of a futuristic looking set or some kind of set rehersal... it was really weird. And something was telling me that it was about 'Sunshine'. The visions and his voice wouldn't stop for another 2 minutes or so. But, when they finally did, everything was quiet again and everything stopped.

all I know is that I can't wait to see it! and I can't wait to see pictures/trailers, etc for it! I mean Alex Garland wrote the screenplay for 28days later and that was a hell of a movie (to me at least, and yes it was a bonus cause I saw it on the big screen and yes Cillian was in it), so this should be good!
just a little note for u as well
Alex Garland is currently writing the screenplay for the Halo movie (for those of u that don't know halo, its an addictive game, I should know because my fiancee and his brother are obsessed and are counting downt to the release of the movie)
also, in INtermission and 28 days later, the composer is John Murphy (I have too much time on my hands!!)

I know that this is off subject (well way off subject) but here it goes anyways
Has anyone of you seen the movie The Crow (not the sequels but the original), You see, I think if they make another part (and they are) that Cillian can be the lead, I'm mean he has proved that he can be both dark but sympathetic, hurt and lost in his other movies (like at deaths door). I don't know but it can be good for the franchise to go with an actor with depth than with a name!
also, he can be(at least in my head)a vampire (a la Underworld, my 2nd fave movie next to the Crow of course)
what are your thoughts?

On the off-topic discussion about The Crow - I just had a flash image in my head as I read it - and saw him with that amazing makeup that made The Crow the Crow - he would look sssooo amazing.
And he would totally pull it off!

If I am not wrong, Michelle Yeoh is in Sunshine too. Felt a little happy cos she worked with another of my fave actor before, hehe, talk about karma! I wonder what type of character will Cillian play... |

I'm really excited about this film. Danny, Alex and Cillian reunited again. I keep checking at IMDB to see if that 'Harry Sullivan' user posts anymore info on the film. He claims to have read the script and he describes it in quite a bit of detail, so I'd like beleive him. I don't wanna know everything about it but still...I can be a sucker for spoilers sometimes and I hate it.  "Harry" actually takes a guessing game at linking the cast with their characters and this is what he had for Cillian: Hmmmm, images of wandering Jim spring to mind. I actually freaked myself out a little. Because when I found out about the film I imagined that the one actress that would be great opposite Cillian was Rose Byrne. She's a great actress and I had daydreams about them being on screen together. (I tend to always play movie matchmaker. LOL.). That was about a week before I saw the full cast list. I swear. I couldn't beleive it when I read the list and saw her name. Thinking psychic scares me.  Sorry, I'm rambling. I'm just excited. LOL. |
