Dear god He would be amazing in East of Eden as Cal.
It would be some pretty big shoes to fill though. I mean it's an amazing book and the first in it's self is legend but for some crazy reason i could see hime being able to do it?

hmmm... I don´t really see him as 007 to be honest.. well at least not now... maybe in 2 or 3 years...our man is growing up... but he still nead to grow up a bit more... I would love to see him as James Bond!...He would be a great 007. |

yeah, bateman runs after that prostitute naked with the....well, i don't want to ruin the movie for you. good suggestion though, i love that movie! and the book, though that was hard to take at times...it was very extreme. now let me see what movies i've got...i know i think about this kind of thing all the time... okay, now i hope and pray that this never happens, but i think he would have made a good Eric Draven, from the Crow. i would suggest maybe doing another sequel, starring him, but they get exponentially worse every time they try, so that would probably be disaster. but Brandon Lee is still my angel, and i feel bad for even mentioning it.... okay, the first Prophecy movie: Simon. Eric Stoltz plays him in reality, but wouldn't Cillian bring a new energy to him? and i love Jonathan Rhys-Meyers, but maybe as Steerpike in Gormanghast? think about it. go on. Another BL fan!! I can see Cillian as a person who can fill the role as the crow (he has soo much depth when he acts) I've seen him vulnerable in movies, I seen him angry and aggressive in movie. He would be my #1 choice! I can see him as Lestat also! |

Yeah, he'd be great as The Crow if they make another movie. Brandon Lee was spectacular, as was Marc Dacascos. I agree that the movies got progressively worse, but...maybe they could get Tim Burton to direct it? And have Johnny Depp as the bad guy...stop me before I get too carried away with this idea!

hmmm.. cillian as tom ripley in "the talented mr ripley".. I guess I cannot picture him there. I mean he's got the look of the good boy, when he dresses up and acts like it, but there's something that doesn't fit in.. I don't know.. maybe cillian's way to act "disturbed" as tom is would be a little too evident .. his face and way of acting is a little more "special" than matt damon's. cillian has a way of acting that makes him shine up. matt damon embodied the ordinary man perfectly. he kind of disappears, if you know what I mean. the background hguy, what's called "my cellophane". but maybe it's just me who can't figure it out.. probably cillian would do his usual brilliant job and amaze us all.

I think the younger Cillian (same as he was in Disco Pigs) would've been really great in one of my favorite movies: "Donnie Darko". He would've done a great job playing that sort of a melancholy character!

Cillian in TITANIC! Ahahaha. -giggles- That would be... different. The Leonardo DiCaprio thing made me think of it.  Cillian would be perfect as jack in Titanic!! as soon as i saw this thread i thought of this. ten you went and wrote it. awwwwww. lol its ok i don't hate you for it or anything, but imagine him bein IRISH ( yes he could keep it cuz the titanic went to ireland) and saying all these romantic things and his [glow=blue,2,300]eyes like the ocean[/glow] Screw leaonardo ( lol.... awwwww j/k) they should have casted Cillian. stupid james cameron ( teehee who i am related too.) i wish i was there to tell him off. he is growing up  i could see 007 cuz he could totally make that his own, if james bond was scarier and more mysterious. ( he just looks GOOD being mysterious) OH OH OH !!! ANNNND! ( mostly because NOBODY in the movie can act- but it has potential) if he was younger ( well and the chareacter was a different age and not 14) cillian would make a great ponyboy curtis or Johnny in the outsiders. cept he would have to bleach his hair halfway through if he was ponyboy. he would make a good dally ( dallas winston) in that movie too i think if he had a lil more meat on him. i love ms congeniality. and i could totally picture him in the role of mathew mcagnuho (whatever). especially the parts where shes like you want to date me, you want to kisss me, you love me then he takes a bite of a donut. mhm. what a temptation. i think if it where me i would have mauled him and been like YOU KNOW YOU WISH I WAS THAT DONUT. haha. mmm yes. thatd be good. dont ya think?   ;)yum. that part with cillian in it made me think of Shannon's fanfic sequel to red eye in chap 12.
