Whoo! According to this recent Variety article here, Perrier's Bounty is one of the TIFF movies that film execs are looking forward to seeing. Hopefully, it'll get picked up and distributed worldwide! Yay! ;D I'm having such high hopes for this movie!

Fantastic stuff! Same here. That's great news to know. Incidentally I've noticed there's a movie there mentioned with Michael Douglas. So far sounds a little similiar to his role in Falling Down. Maybe I'm wrong there though. I'll have to check that one out too.

I'm not familiar with all of Michael Douglas' work, so I wouldn't know. There are so many TIFF movies that I am looking forward to -- Chloe, An Education, Daybreakers, Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus (Heath's last performance, RIP), Harry Brown, Jennifer's Body (I know, ), Leaves of Grass (love Ed Norton!! ), Ondine, Perrier's Bounty (of course ), The Road (can't believe it's getting delayed from October to November now ), and Whip It! I hope to see them once they get wide distribution.

Good to know there is excitement about it already! That is a really great sign, hopefully it will do really well and as you said get picked up worldwide. I am really looking forward to the feedback and some new Cillian sightings! Hey I like Edward Norton too. I agree Emma, that movie with Michael Douglas does sound like Falling Down 2. Although I loved that movie I don't want to see sequel under a different name. Hoping Perrier's Bounty comes out on top! Good luck Cillian!

I know Much as that's a brilliant film (imo) I do hope the other film won't just turn out to be a carbon copy of it. Still I could well be wrong! I'm not familiar with all of Michael Douglas' work, so I wouldn't know. I know I'm taking this thread off subject a little (lol!) but if you've never seen that movie before Rukia, and have liked any of Michael Douglas's previous work I'd highly recommend that one. In my opinion his performance as William stands out as one of his best - without a doubt. He plays a very mixed up mentally disturbed kind of character in that one, but at the same time one that you can't help rooting for and feeling alot of sympathy for right throughout the story. I actually found myself starting to cry for him towards the end (if you ever get round to seeing the movie, watch out for the scenes where he see's his little girl for the first time in the movie and I"ll think you'll get what I mean). You can find out more about the movie here : www.imdb.com/title/tt0106856/Anyways *reminds herself this is NOT a Michael Douglas fan site and to get back to the topic at hand* very much agreeing there is certainly a great looking selection of movies there! Hoping Perrier's Bounty comes out on top! Good luck Cillian! Seconded!

There is a beautiful package under the tree but you can't open it yet.... lol Not too early at all, Larvalee. I believe the TIFF photos get posted same day. Most of the movies that premiered yesterday and last night ( Creation, Antichrist, Jennifer's Body, An Education, Broken Embraces, etc.) had red carpet photos posted within a few hours of being taken. It actually felt almost immediate because I wasn't expecting photos so soon. LOL. ;D A few of the movies that had morning premieres today have photos already posted, too. I'm pretty sure the red carpet photos for Perrier's Bounty should be up later today (*crossing my fingers*). Furthermore, I think we should be getting 'professional TIFF portraits' of Cillian, director, and the rest of the cast, too, since I've been seeing other movies getting those done. I don't know if Perrier's Bounty's going to have a press conference like some of the other movies, but we might get press conference photos, too! 3x the Cillian!!!! I think we're all going to die of happiness if that happens. LOL. I'll keep a lookout for the photos, and let you guys know. Hope you guys will do the same.

Yay! Fantastic stuff! Many thanks for mentioning Rukia! I didn't think there was any chance they'd be available that early, but - thankfully - sounds as if there's a very big chance I was wrong! Thanks to you guys who have offered to look out for the photo's. If I happen to find anything in the meantime, that anyone else hasn't already spotted, will also let you guys know! ;D

He was wearing a sleek gray suit; he had his hair combed back; he looked slender and healthy. Had the catbird spot on the corner of the red carpet and seats front-row center inside Ryerson. "Perrier's" was both more violent and more funny than I thought it would be; Cillian was very good in it. Kind of like John from "Intermission" crossed with Jim from "28 Days Later." Brendan Gleeson and Jim Broadbent-- especially Jim Broadbent-- were excellent, too. And Cillian recognized me, so I'm flying high right now....

How good would you say the movie was? Do you think it could do well?
