Zombz... Biotin is a good supplement. I took it when my hair fell out.
Lots of fruit and veggies and minimal hair dye better still, none at all or just use the odd toner. Use gentle plant based shampoo and conditioner. I wish you mentioned it when you staying with me, you could have tried my shampoo and conditioner they are lovely and not expensive!

Since it's almost 3 years ago that I graduated highschool (here we call it Gymnasium) And everyone, everywhere are talking about graduating I went looking for the only picture I own of me graduating (My mother has a bunch of me...) But since Michael Jackson, my idol and in many ways my life died the night before the graduation ceremony and because of some mistake my envelope with my certificate was empty I had no happy memories of that time...


Anyway here I am in the Danish graduation cap that only suits pretty skinny blonde girls in white summer dresses....
