I couldn't keep it because they send it off to pathology for analysis. That way they can tell what kind of stone it is, and what I might need to modify, diet-wise, to prevent another.

Most likely though, I just need to drink more water. LOL.

Glad all went well and you are on the mend. Heres to a fast recovery and no more problems.
Oh and by the way I know what you mean about being traumatized after a stay in the hospital. I too have been a pretty healthy person and after complication after my son was born spent about 3 or 4 days in the hospital. Even though the hospital was great and the care was also great it was so foreign!
