Uhmm not sure if this was addressed in earlier threads, so feel free to lock, folks. So I just learned that to take screencaps you need a program? Well, if you do, anyone know any good free ones or free trials? Cause I just wanted to take some screencaps for things...

dont you press the "print screen" button and then paste that into like a paint program??thats what i do..

I've tried that countless times but it doesn't work. I paste it onto Photoshop and it's there but once I save it and try to open it, all there is is a black screen. It gets on my nerves. lol

Nope, haven't tried it with another since this is my only one. lol My computer is pretty new and so I dunno why it doesn't let me.

yeah, it does that on mine too. You paste it, but you'll notice that if you keep playing your DVD, it'll play in the photo thing as well. and when you shut the DVD application thingee, the picture turns black... egh
