ok so my friend and i were talking the other day. so ok Hawii is a USA state right?? well we are all americans who live in the US, but why dont we ever consider the hawiians american?? we never say yea its a american, no we say hawiian same with alaskan lol, so anyone ever wonder that??? b/c the are americans but noone ever says that...

hmm, i guess that would be because its separate from america, as in not part of the 48 states that are all grouped together so in people's minds its visually different. i also think that there is still (or at least envisioned) a different culture that is destinctly hawiian that no other state has, and it also has beaches and is really pretty...
anyone ever see the clip... i think its called "the end of ze world"?

lol, i know but its just cracks me up b/c they are apart of the 50 states yet we never call them americans it is just so funny..
