I know I finally saw it! ;D I know if I would have seen it in the theater's I would have been embarrassed because I would have been crying so much. For some reason I always get more emotional seeing a movie on the big screen. I really like how James looks in this movie without facial hair. I mean he's hot anyway but for some reason I like clean shaved guys better.

oops, double post  . Granted, I have given this thread like 5 whole days, and no one has said anything. AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate my computer!!!!! It would not load Atonement!!!! I tried for almost 2 hours.  I ended up watching Penelope instead (thanks for the link ) I realy loved that move, althoug James with an american accent was strange!  However "cheesy" or "cutesy" it was, I was a sucker for it and loved every second. As soon as it is out on DVD it will be MINE! (bwahahahahaha) James was wonderful, as was christina. It just made me happy! But, I will not rest untill I have seen Atonement! I must, I must, and I will not stop untill I have! ;D ps. I AM FREE! No more AP EVER! |

Yay bookworm, I am so glad you are done with your AP exams!! I am also really glad you liked Penelope, I loved it! I am totally sharing in your giddiness over it. I think James sounds damn sexy with an American accent haha, but of course his Scottish accent, wow! I went a-searching for you bookworm and finally found a link to Atonement, its split into two parts, but the link here should lead to both of them. Sorry the video isn't from the best hosting site but the quality of the video (I previewed pieces of it) actually seems quite good. Atonement Parts 1 and 2I hope this loads for you and I hope you enjoy!! I am sooo excited to hear what you think. I just know you are going to drop out of your chair when you see how gorgeous and clean-shaven James is in this movie! The music is really beautiful in the film too, Oh I am just really excited! Wonderful new news about James' and Anne-Marie's new film, The Last Station .... a great press release about it, linked here ... The Last Station Press ReleaseIf you don't feel like reading it, here are the highlights, apparently it is set for release in Spring 2009 (I don't want to talk about how far away that is)! "It is a true story about passion, love, family, greed, intrigue and revolution, set around the extraordinary relationship that Tolstoy and his wife Sofia share, and a new relationship that forms between his private secretary Valentin Bulgakov and the young Tolstoyan teacher Masha."James plays Valentin Bulgakov, so it sounds like he is going to have a somewhat substantial part in the film! Anne-Marie plays Tolstoy's daughter, Sasha. I do not know who plays "Masha." From another great interview on the film, Daily Mail interview on The Last Station"James McAvoy, as the shy and virginal Valentin, who becomes the writer's secretary (Kerry Cordon shakes that shyness out of him)" James McAvoy playing a shy and virginal young man?  I CANNOT wait!! Perhaps this Kerry Cordon is Masha, I did a imdb for her and she wasn't listed for the film, but I did find out that she played Eileen, Cillian's love in How Harry Became a Tree/Bitter Harvest, and she played the waitress in Intermission, whom Colin Farrell beat up. Random! I am not sure that I really like her though, lol, oh well! But even though she isn't listed on imdb, she is in the interview about the film, so I would trust that over imdb for now ... Anyway, I cannot wait for this film, hopefully this news was interesting to someone!! Oh! And I just found some of the first released photos!! These look great and make me sooo much more excited for the film!!   James looks incredible in these, of course  Anne Marie, looking beautiful I must say   And Helen Mirren, looking mostly crazy in these two photos, haha |

Thank You Kaatop!  I don't know what I would ever do without you! Because of the game schedule for the State tournament this week, my plan is to, once again, set aside Sunday for this movie. I really am so exited!!!!!!  Those pics of him are wonderful (as if I am surprised or something ) and his wife looks like such a beautiful person. I am so happy for him! I had no idea he was invilved in another film, but I will definately keep my eyes and ears open for any word (especially from you!). Thanks again! You just make my day. ;D |

Oooh, James looks absolutely divine in the production stills for The Last Station! Sorry I didn't comment before (your pictures haven't been loading for me until now). Anne Marie's his wife, right? Indeed Rukia! Yes, James looks really great in those stills. I really hope he has a Russian accent for the film (and they don't do one of those period pieces where everyone is british, regardless the country they are in), it would be more authentic, obviously, but also just plain sexy!
Yes, Anne-Marie is his wife, I'm kind of equally obsessed with her, haha. But she really is beautiful. I am so thrilled with the cast for this film, lots of respected actors, makes me really think this film is going to be relatively big!
