Ok this theme is weird but this movie looks really cool, if you like weird crazy movies lol www.teethmovie.com/A girl gets abused as a child and from then her downstairs creates a defense mechanism where if anyone gets close to her down there it has "teeth" so from there on out no one can touch her without getting really hurt. kinda crazy but looks cool

I'll check out the link you've given us a bit later, but I've heard of this movie. My boyfriend told me about it because he was sort of weirded out by it, yet intrigued. Is it a new film coming out? Sounds really interesting, I have some women studies friends who I think would really find it of interest too ... !

Okay, so I just watched the trailer and it looks terrifying and really twisted and creepy. But of course, I will probably see it. Very weird ... and kind of lame that her last name is O'Keefe ... assuming you know all the hype about Georgia O'Keefe's art being about vaginas ... which actually I think she denied, if I remember correctly.
Anyway, thanks for bringing this up, it should create some interesting conversation!

Ahhhh, discoharvest! I saw Teeth last Saturday at a midnight showing at the Music Box in Chicago.
It was REALLY GOOD but it is NOT your average movie. If people are sensitive, easily offended, squeamish, or just don't understand the intention of the film, then people will misunderstand the film entirely and most likely hate it.
The movie is so good, so weird and so hard to describe so I will list some adjectives that I think describe the movie well.
- funny - heartbreaking - weird - terrifying - gruesome - graphic - campy - painful - hysterical - moving - powerful - intense - creepy - sensitive - fresh - awe-inducing - shocking - destined to be cult classic
There were so many scenes where one minute the theater would be laughing hysterically and the next minute there would be cries of horror followed by cheering and applauding.
It was the best in-theater experience I have ever had and I recommend the movie to anyone who is ready to be shocked and intrigued!
I LOVED IT!

I saw this movie in Chicago too and it was awesome! I loved the gore, even though others might not find it appealing. The film leaves pretty much nothing to the imagination.

That is really true, the film really loves NOTHING to the imagination and is part of why it is so, sooo so great!
