She should have been more careful of course, but none of what she did was worth what they did to her, that's correct. It totally broke my heart, and Hillary Swank totally deserved her Oscar for this (and for Million Dollar Baby too)
As for Kitten, well I loved how she kept bein true to herself and how people around her got to accept and respect her. If world actually work that way, it would be a much better place. Her approach to life is unique and admirable. It reminds me of a quote I heard in All About my Mother, from that awesome lady named Agrado, u know, the little speech in the stage when she tells the story of her life, all the plastic surgery she has done, and how much it all cost. . By the end of the speech, in she says "You are more authentic the more you resemble what you have dreamed of being" That quote surely reminds me of Kitten.

Nice quote blackmamba. I do wish the world worked that way. I agree TB should have been more careful. Especially with the type of people she associated with. Red flag if you ask me. I have to say I adore Cillian for being one of those people that makes the world better. He speaks out on not caring about others sexuality. I am the same way. It's nice to see people come forward and be open about what really matters.

I've discussed this with my brother... I thought that Marion had the saddest endin, such degradation I felt utterly sad for her, then he told me she and the boys had it comin, but Sarah was soo unaware of what she was doin, that he felt for her more than the others. Got me thinkin

I can't pick which story was the saddest. Both the mother and Jennifer Connelly had a huge effect on me. Watching them suffer was heartbreaking and disturbing. I can see JC character at that party. That visual never left me. The mother was a victim and became as much of an addict as her son. Just to fit into a dress and feel beautiful. She ended up living in a disillusioned world. So sad. Then you have the best friend that loses his arm due to infection. I mean they all had stories that were so painful and desperate. I don't remember what happened to Jared though. I don't know why I forgot. I only watched it twice and that is all I could handle.

Harry/Jared is the one that lost his arm due to infection... which is why he is the only character that can not hug themselves for comfort at the end.

Oh, I don't know why I thought it was the friend. Like I mentioned couldn't watch it more than twice. Wow, you put it that way and it even makes it more upsetting. Now I feel like I have to watch it again to get a different look. I saw it years ago. That is so sad.

Brace yourself... I could only see it twice, and the second time I fast forwarded some scenes
