I like that first sentence.
Irish director Neil Jordan gazes across the Manhattan skyline and thinks of all the shots he has seen of it in various movies.

wow - ya think? As selfish as this may sound I am glad that I do not know anyone so closely & personally affected by 9/11 or similar tragedies. It was ruff enuf as it is.
