Well... so far the others I've managed to infect have succumbed to the dangerously attractive Mr. Rippner

I've infected someone with Jacksonitis myself, lol.
I wonder if Cillian has any idea what he did in Red Eye that made that character so attractive? It almost hurts that he says he doesn't want to do villains anymore.
What?! When you're that good at it?! Please say it ain't so, Cillian!

In my opinion though ^^ Jim was a pretty hot hero :-P I'm looking forward to see what Cillian brings to the realm of goodness and justice haha...
And it's easier for me to convince my friends to fall in love with the 'good guy' yay for infecting more people!

I first saw Cillian in 28 Days Later, then I kind of forgot about him...I was still in Christian Slater-crush-mode {which lasted since I first saw Heathers in like...grade school} Then my boyfriend at the time told me to go see Batman Begins. I had planned on seeing it, I just wasn't that jazzed because all the other Batmans after Returns sucked bullfrogs through straws...so I went with a friend. I had NO CLUE that Cillian was in it, and I saw the trailer to Red Eye and just lost it. Okay, my panties pretty much flew off at like the speed of light. Then when I watched Batman Begins my panties flew off again. So that was the end of that, and I became literally obsessed with Cillian Murphy. I read up about him, studied and began buying all his films. That day I went out and bought Intermission. and sent for Disco Pigs, On The Edge, and Sunburn. I also um, saw Red Eye twelve times in the theatre. The ticket-taker guy and everyone else was on a first name basis with me. I had already read Breakfast On Pluto, but when I found out Cillian was chose to play the role of Kitten...I made it my personal goal to do everything in my power to see the film. {Because they were not playing it in my town.} I traveled about three hours to see it. Then I saw it again, about four hours away from me, and then again when I was on vacation visiting Mum, I walked to see it at a film festival at the college. So yeah...I have had Cillianitis since about...2000. and damn proud to be infected. I'm just bummed about the setbacks of Sunshine. This is torture. Doesn't Danny Boyle know he is KILLING US? I also want to see TWTSTB and WTD!!! Ugh... anyhoo... I also made some picketting signs to boycott the Oscars because Cillian was not considered for his role as Kitten for Breakfast on Pluto. The film should have been nominated for something.... o.o Yep. ~*~The Phantom Lady™~*~

The next day, I checked my drawers and I had to go out and buy more.

Just think if he can do that...what else is he capable of?

They do not accompany me anymore to the store in search of magazines, or even rentals, because I flip out. So I doubt they will go see Sunshine with me. I will be seeing this one alone. "OMGZZZZ IT'S CILLIAN!!!!!!!!!" *flips through pages wildly or licks magazine cover* *slowly backs away from The Phantom Lady™*

Thank God I'm not the only one who is intent on seeing Sunshine solo the first time I go. I want to absorb the intensity by myself. Second time I'll take my husband, but my initial viewing has got to be made alone.

I'll definitely go solo too, but I'll try to keep it quiet since I don't wanna get kicked out of the cinema for inappropriate behavior

Aw i love reading these stories! so: here's mine (it may be kinda long, just warning you).
I first remember Cillian from seeing Batman on dvd. He terrified me. I didn't see it at the cinema because that Scarecrow just looked too darn scary! I really found him v. v. frightening but, you know, I enjoyed the film, he was an excellent villain. Then, during a game of Charades, I did a pretty sucessful impression of him which I continued to frighten/amuse my friends with for a while - since I was doing the impression I thought I should know his name - Cillian Murphy. I didn't think about him much for while until I saw the Sunshine trailer, which I thought looked great (also I liked that Human Torch one from FF), told my friends and the impression was revived. My friends and I went to see it, I wondered why I wasn't paying that much attention to the Human Torch when one of my friends whispered "Hey, Cillian's a bit cute, yeah?", I did a bit of a double take and thought about it. Then came a bit when I thought he'd die, I realised it might be my last chance to appreciate him/imagine kissing him so I did and that was it. Love.
Lordy, that was long. Well that was a month ago and now I know he is absolutely GORGEOUS as well as being a brilliant actor. Essay over!
