Yeah, he's good. But, there are some times you can hear his Irish-ness slip out. Like in Red Eye, he said "Why's that?" and when he said "that" you could hear some traces of it. Yeah and the line "what'll you have" sounded slipped into Irish. But in that film, the accent was just so american tho, then on the interview footage its like well, Irish lol.
Although i must say the BOP accent is somewhat questionable lol but he does say mummy in an adorable way lol. I LOVED the footage on Red eye, there was little of cillian in in it, but when he was on his accent and it was so different and ooooooh. I enjoyed it very vey much. I don't know, I noticed his accent in red eye the most when he said 'up'. he says it maybe twice, but it sounds exactly how it doesss in So New, to me anyway. I squeeled every time he said it . Ci11i4an's love slave: to hear his accent , either rent Disco pigs ( I can't here because it hasn't even been released in canada yet!) or look at the red eye bonus footage that I love so much. the thing about the making/the directer both.. also you can look for the movie Intermission. It might be hard to find but at least I know it's been released in north america. Also, to hear the kitten coice go to the breakfast on pluto site... ( I don't know if you've seen that one) He looked so hot in the bonus footage though! It was fantastic! and the bloopers, and the whole movie! and all the other ones!!!! *goes to watch red eye* that was my two cents. YAY for bonus footage.

actually, i think he puts on a heavier cork accent for disco pigs... but intermission is a very good example
actually, when i was watchin TWWLN i noticed that he slipped out of his british accent when he got really emotional ;D i forgive him though

There was this clip on the Red Eye gag reel... He was doing a scene with Rachel (duh) and he was saying:
Cill: No, you're kidding? (in an American accent)
And then a fly started distracting him... so he had to do it twice and then finally he couldn't get rid of it so while everybody else was laughing he was, "There's a fly in the plane." in that beautiful Irish accent of his. It entertained me so much how he could switch accents so easily.

Gosh, Cillian's so great when it comes to accents! That's what I love about him as an actor. Not all actors can do such a good job, and I'm glad he's able to do so.
