I'm completely crazy, obsessed and addicted... *confirms herself as insane and moves to Arkham Asylum* "Dr. Crane... Please help me ! Is there any cure for me ?" "No I'm afraid. The Murphy Syndrome is incurable..." *evil grin* Almost forgot..... I wanted to show you the pencil work as well:

*jaw drops* ZOMBIEKITTEN, YOU'RE AMAZING!!!
Yes, you get big coloured letters from me, too! Everything you do is perfect, flawless, beautiful! It never ceases to amaze me, it's like everything I see from you just gets better and better. I absolutely love the stern facial expression (unf!), and the hands-on-hips gesture! The colouring is fantastic (wow!!), and then to see the pencil drawing! I wish I could be you for one day, Zombiekitten, so I could posess that limitless talent of yours. I wish I could see what you see, because you know they say artists see the world differently, and I really believe that. Absolutely stunning work, but I never expect anything less than perfect from you.
CB!!! ;D

OMG OMG OMG!!!!! SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! That is PERFECT!!!!!!!! You so completely NAILED that man!! He's got the attitude, the style, the LOOK. TOTAL DILLINGER!!!!!! And God yeah - those famous forearms!! I adore everything about this one - the expression, his hair, and even the color palette, which completely fits in with what he wore in the movie. You have uncanny accuracy in tranforming what you see into art, Zombie. It's truly admirable. What impresses me most is that you're not even copying from a photo and translating it into comic form - this came from your mind's eye directly, and yet it looks completely RIGHT. Another CB from me to you!! You are without a doubt the most talented of members on this forum. We are so fortunate to be able to enjoy your art!
BTW- another thing I love about your work is that you always do what moves you, rather than caving in to people's requests. That's precisely why you always present here with the most inspired, beautiful art!! So even though Dillinger isn't my favorite of characters, I can enjoy this image because it's so well done. In fact, you actually have the ability to make me more interested in him than I was previously. (BOWS TO THE MASTER YET AGAIN!) ;D

Everything you do is perfect, flawless, beautiful Thank you Cait ! *deeply flattered* I'm so damn happy you say this 'cause for me my drawings always have tiny mistakes and it's a great relieve to hear that they appear perfect to the viewer. Don't get me wrong! I'm not that kind of artist who isn't satisfied and always complains about the own creations. I do am proud of my arts and I 'm aware of what I'm able to do, but, you know, if there are mistakes in my drawings I always fear that they are viewable for the others ;D But I'm happy that it isn't so. because you know they say artists see the world differently, and I really believe that. Yeah... Maybe you're right. For my I can say that I always take a close look to nature, to anatomy and stuff. And if you want to create good art you also have to kind of look behind something, look into it, "feel" how something is built, have a intuition. What I make with Cillian ;D It's kind of a subjective feeling for his characteristics, for the charas he plays etc. But I think that is an ability many people have, to look into something. And those are not all people who can draw as well. Thanks to all of you, lovely girls for CB's and comments !!!

Yes, I always try to use inspiration as the most important thing. I don't like copying much. As I said above: I try to "feel" what a character is all about and then draw him. I'm so happy that the viewer can see this 'cause this was my intention: To show that chara not only by drawing his markable attributes but to transfer his inside to the outside... Arrr can't explain it really... You know what I mean LOL Thanks Pisces for your reflecting and lovely comment ! Nice to have woken your interest in Dillinger with my drawing. I hope that we get to see more of him in a possible Tron 3.

After reading the extra chapter of Pisces's fanfic, I had to make this. I just couldn't help myself. This is what really happened between Lisa and Jackson in the plane's bathroom. Attachments:

Weird, maybe, but I've never gotten a sexual vibe off that scene. I sense Lisa's fear, frustration, and anger (and I sense her steeling up-- which is very cool), but that's all. Which is enough, really: Red Eye is Lisa's story, and in this age of backsliding feminism ( Oh, save me, Edward!), it's damn gratifying to see a female movie character who not only can think (and it's sad when you realize how many more of them there were back in the Twenties, the Thirties, and the Forties... which is why I've had fun over the years picturing Bette Davis, Joan Crawford, or Katharine Hepburn in Red Eye, maybe opposite Conrad Veidt, James Cagney, Clark Gable, Robert Montgomery, or a wonderfully cast-against-type Cary Grant) but one who's willing to throw down. (And not just in a Resident Evil-Alice kind of way. Though that's very cool, too.) Just an alternate view. Yeah, yeah, I know: I'm in the minority....

No, the scene itself is not sexual, I just like to have fun with the idea.

No, the scene itself is not sexual, I just like to have fun with the idea. And you are very much allowed to have fun. There is no need to defend yourself for that. SO COOL that that extra chapter inspired you to make this beautiful fan art!!! I LOVE IT!!!! I've always thought that if you viewed certain shots in a certain way (as you displayed them here), it told an entirely different story. ;D GORGEOUS JOB!!!

Weird, maybe, but I've never gotten a sexual vibe off that scene. That's okay - the rest of us did.
