Yeah, 28 Weeks Later was a lot better than I expected. I actually had a nightmare about going to see it and it being bad! My mum enjoyed it! Which is funny cos she's a total wimp! It's worth seeing just for Robert Carlyle's performance (I love him!). Although he gets extrememly random at the end. And for some reason, the infected have turned out to be more like zombies this time- killing people, rather than infecting them. But the whole theme of "people killing people" is continued. The music reminded me of Jim, probably why I cried- cos I miss him! 28 Weeks Later isn't as visually stunning as 28DL and probably a lot more dark, and there's a bit with the two kids which really annoys me- but nevermind- I won't go into too much detail cos it'll spoil it! Going to see it again on wednesday. Exterminio 2?? I suppose there'll be Exterminio 3 as well?? I hope you guys already knew there was gonna be a third one! How good would it be if they got Jim back (in a respectful, non-infected way, of course!)? I love Robert Carlyle's too. He is the biggest reason I was even thinking about seeing it at all. So there is going to be a 3. What 28 months later? I don't know about tat. They seem to be turning a great sleeper film into a franchise. hmmmmm..... Not feeling this.

They seem to be turning a great sleeper film into a franchise. hmmmmm..... Not feeling this. RC is amazing- go and see it just for him! Yeah, there is a third, but I don't know what it will be called. 28 Months Later would be the obvious, rational choice of a name. The second film sets itself up for a sequel anyway (I won't give away how- it'll spoil it, and it's fairly obvious as to what happens!), but yeah... I hope they get Boyle back as the director. He makes really good films, and I just wasn't feeling it with this new guy. I was a bit pessimistic with them bringing in the Americans (no offence) cos I thought it would ruin the Britishness of the film... But oh well. I can get used to the idea of more infected films, on a larger scale. As long as they do the first justice, and not shame it by becoming tired and... well... pants! I love the fact that 28DL was an indie film, and how it did so well!

mihoyubari, I cry every time a Cillian character dies... I came out of Sunshine with red eyes. No-one else did, lol.
But then, I only cried during Red Eye, because that whole fight sequence between Jack and Lisa had me and my friend in tears from laughing! Because of his heavy breathing... Which, actually reminds me of him in Sunshine! I see many links between his films!

Well I don't think you gave away any spoilers, soo let's continue... Yes that happenin to Capa hit me hard, but I loved how he looked at the end... when everybody sees the movie, they'll get what I mean. The death that has hit me the hardest is definitely Damien's... I wept like a little girl

Sunshine had such a beautiful ending, considering what was actually happening to him! It's a shame that some of my friends thought it was a load of bollocks though! That film is visually-stunning!

Ok then. Thanks deadmeggy.lol. I guess Capa dies. I would be bumbed about giving that info away but they kinda give that away in the trailer. Not really suprised. Sad though I was hoping. Which is kinda dumb. Considering in the trailer it looks like he is engulfed by the sun. Miho, Damien's death really hit me hard. I was totally broken up. The way it happened and who ordered it. It was intense. It really hurt. Pigs death had me in tears as well. I realized he had to in a sense but It was heartbreaking. The problem with Cillian is he creates these characters that really pull you in. I mean you fall in love and you feel like your on a journey with them. Then he dies. Thanks Cilly. You have broken many a hearts.lol

Well, I remember that happened to me with Leo... He seemed to die in every movie I saw, and it would break my heart. First I saw Romeo + Juliet (I was expectin it but it still hurt), then of course Titanic, I was so madly in love that I purchased the Quick and the Dead and Total Eclipse, and he died too. But then guess what, I saw the Man in the Iron Mask and when he didn't die, I felt like... mhmmm why doesn't he die? By the time I saw the Departed and Blood Diamond, I no longer cried... and was kinda ok with the fact of his character dyin. The point is, I don't know about you guys...but I think the character's death gives real closure to their stories and doesn't leave you wonderin.... what happens next? It is actually 'The End' and period. Besides, when the movie is wrapped up, either the character is alive or not, that's it.... Unless of course they decide to do a sucky sequel Of course, I don't start bouncin in my seat when Cillian character's die. It always brings me to tears Damien, Pig, even Bardolph, unnamed character in Silent City... and now Capa (which is no surprise at all, cause that trailer totally gives it away)But I can understand the fact that he prefers them to die. I've read he wanted Jim to die, and I think he did in the alterate endin.

And, when my mom saw me cryin she got pretty worried and who died..then I answered and I can tell, she wanted to slap me cause I had scared her pretty bad. Yet, I'm glad she didn't laugh

I've read he wanted Jim to die, and I think he did in the alterate endin. I hate it when films leave you wondering about a character's future... That's what I didn't like about On the Edge... I wanted to know whether they (Jonathon B and Rachel) made it together a year later! When I was a kid I didn't really think about what happens next with characters, but now I do, and it's REALLY annoying. In a way, I prefer the alternate ending to 28 Days Later- cos at least then I don't wonder about what happens to Jim! Although I do like the whole "HELLO" thing- which refers back to the start of the film when he's walking around shouting "hello??"... But then, if he died and ended up alone in a hospital bed, then that refers back to the start of the film... Ah, I don't know which ending I like best!
I think I cried the first time I saw Titanic... But now I find it funny how Rose says "I won't let go, Jack!", and then she does! But I don't like Leo anyway (sorry!)!
I think the trailer for Sunshine more-or-less gives away the whole of the film! It even gives away the plot-twist...
