That was an amazing article and I guess we just answered one of our questions, which is to say that he'll be playing an American physicist in Sunshine, so no beautiful Irish accent for us again. Love this quote!!! LOL, a character actor trapped in a leading man's bone structure. Now that's a journalist, thank you! Nice writing. ;D

I slammed my fists into the keyboard when I heard that he was playing an American again.

I know and it's a Danny Boyle film too! *sobs* I agree gobstopper, at least he's not mute, but personally I just love to hear that beautiful accent come out as it's been a while since we've really heard his accent in film. It's my understanding that his accent isn't that pronounced in BOP, so I guess we'll have to put all our hopes in Wind That Shakes the Barley. *crosses fingers*

Great article, lovely picture. He comes across as very self-assured, especially considering how many times he's said he doesn't like interviews. He seems to be getting more comfortable with them, though I suppose most of it depends on the questions he's asked and the attitude or goal of the interviewer.

^ He is love. I'm telling you there's absolutely no imperfection to him! I despise that show and I really would think twice about his nature/personality if I ever saw him on it or a similar show. I mean, can you imagine him laughing and joking with Regis and participating in one of their dumb a$$ antics!?

Thank god, I can't. But, that's what makes Cillian who he is. He enjoys doing what he's doing for the job, not the fame or money. He doesn't need to do lame talk shows for the public to see who he really is. It's a bunch of BS anyway. The fact that he could give a damn about the 'celebrity' reputation is what makes him so f*cking awesome. Anybody in his position would be blinded by money and fame. He isn't. Quite honestly, we as admirers of him, have something to brag about. We're admiring one of the most down to earth guys anybody will ever come across. And what does everybody else have? Clearly, not Cillian Murphy.
End speech. lol.
