I know some other people here are going or have already gone, so here's a place to discuss it.
Here's my experience of it.
Well, yesterday I went to Warped Tour. There were ups and downs. Let me list the downs first.
-It was bloody hot.
-I sweat more than I ever have in my entire life.
-I didn't meet anyone.
-I had a cold.
-I got a killer headache.
-And I got so sunburnt that now I look like a lobster.
Yeah, all that sucked major butt.
But now here's the full synopsis.
Well, we got there at about 12 something, i can't remember the exact time. Then me and my friend went to the Bishop stage were all the bands I wanted to see were playing. Except for Avenged Sevenfold. They played at the stage next to it. I didn't get to see A7x because they started playing while I was watching another band, and they ended right before MCR came on. The first band I saw was the Starting Line, I don't really like them that much but oh well. I was in the pit, which smelled like urine. Then after them, I saw Thrice, they rocked ass. I love Thrice. Then, My Chemical Romance. Like almost everyone that was at Warped was watching them. They rocked. I was in the front on the left of the stage. The only person I couldn't see was the drummer. But Gerard was hilarious, he was dancing and sh*t. And he said it was his birthday, so we all sang to him. Then...I saw the band that was the reason I went..Atreyu.
OMG, I was so happy and singing so hard and loud that I almost puked a bunch. They were so effing awesome, I was so happy I started crying. (yes, shut up) Oh, Oh..when we were waiting for MCR to come on, I saw Brandon Saller. (Atreyu's drummer) We were on the left edge of the mosh pit, so I could see behind the stage where Atreyu's equipment was. And all of sudden...Brandon walks up to it. I was like "Holy sh*t". He stayed there through all of MCR's show. And he looked straight at me in the eyes, and I looked at him straight in the eyes. It was a moment, lol.
But yes, totally awesome. I also saw the guys from A7x walk behind the stage, too. Welll...i think that's all that happened, or at least the important stuff.
