Not long finished reading "Dead as a Doornail" by Charlaine Harris. Out of the five I've so far read in the Southern Vampire Mysteries, can't say this one was quite amongst my top favourites - but still really enjoyed reading it. Can't wait to read the next story!

Yeah I think I heard that Anne Rice was only going to write Christian based fiction now or something like that. I haven't read any of them though. Yeah i highly doubt i'll be reading them.

I don't know if I can even get into any of her other books. I don't know how much I'll like her Mayfair Witches Chronicles. I figure I might try to read the first one sometime but if I don't like it I won't even try to continue.

Now reading The Mummy by Anne Rice. I am now stuck on her books again and will be probably until I get tired of her again.

I'm currently reading On Chesil Beach by Ian McEwan which i love. Should finish it after work today- or at least tomorrow morning. Then i plan on getting into Room, it sounds so interesting and different. Glad you enjoyed it Pig. Oh and you've reminded me that i want to read Breakfast on Pluto too.

Finished On Chesil Beach and it was really an amazing book. SO beautifully written and poignant. I think i will have to list it among my favourites. I also think i owe Rukia a CB for having it in her sig for all these years and making me finally get round to reading it. Thanks Rukia. So, today i started Room and so far i love it. Very intriguing idea for a book. Should be really interesting and unique.

Finished Room this morning and it really is a brilliant book. Highly recommended. Guaranteed to make you laugh out loud and also bring tears to your eyes. Telling the story through Jack's 5 year old voice gives it a unique feel.
So tonight i'm gonna start The Blackwater Lightship by Colm Toibin. I love Brooklyn and this gets great reviews so i'm really looking forward to getting stuck into it.
