I had a dream about Lestat and Louis being tortured the other night....Yeah weird i know. Anyway i decided it meant that i'd neglected Anne Rice's nooks for too long so i've started reading Memnoch again- because i feel i need to re-read it to refresh my memory before moving on. Then it'll be onto The Vampire Armand.

No it's the eight one. Blood Canticle, the tenth book, is the last one in the series.

I have just begun The Epic of Gilgamesh. Have been looking for it for years. And My husband and I are reading, then acting out Aesop's Fables (one each night) for our daughter. Figure that will be a good memory when she grows up.

Yup! My distant family is from appalachia. That is how they spoke. At least I recognized the language in the book. Didn't help me enjoy it any better. FYI, I have NO hillbilly accent. Thank God! Finished Gilgamesh. A much easier read than expected.

I just finished reading "The Story of Edgar Sawtelle" it is actually based on Hamlet. And I must say that the villain in the Sawtelle book reminds me of Cillian. I actually picture him playing this villain.
Now I moved on from tragedy to more girlish things. I am a Sex and the City fan and I am currently reading "The Carrie Diaries"
